Is there a bonus pt code or do you just put in for a high demand unit if you have no points and want to start building points without getting drawn this year?
-
smoke a pork shoulder at home and freeze. easy to heat up pulled pork for sandwiches.
-
I can load mine up before going to sleep and I only get up once or twice to add more.
-
I've got the same one and use it in my 12x20. I also have the water heater attachment. Works well.
-
Nice bull. What did he score?
-
Does anyone know when refunds for the Colorado draw are due to be out?
-
Thanks guys. I was looking for elk. Sounds like they're just now coming out.
-
By the way, this is that same bull on July 8th after switching cameras to one that took video.

Look at my last post.

In my opinion that is a way way bigger bull though. His ends are still way bigger and swollen, that bull will keep adding length for a while now. Hard to tell from the angle but looks like a toad.I realize that but didn't want to bring it up you thought youd hurt my feelings over a 5x6? Out of respect for you as the OP, I didn't want to talk about the difference between the two. Just supporting the fact that they can get that big so fast.

Was scouting for deer.Because the bull in your avatar is a giant? Lol. Look at the distance between points on the bull in your avatar. Unless it had 30" whale tails, it's main beams were probably 45-48". He probably finished at 340" give or take 10". comparinf a 310-320 to a 330-340 is apples to apples bruh. Notice I said "good bull", not "great bull". That and the fact that it was in a unit that's not loaded with 380's, I would consider him a good bull for that particular unit. You guys crack me up. All I did was post a pic of a bull from mid June and you guys tear me up for it.

The bull on my profile pic is the correct date. So I'd say not unusual to be that big this early.

Unit 9 late archery here

Yep. ...nothing. clicking the link to find department id doesn't work either. Oh well, looks like I'll just find out when it comes in the mail
-
I use my social security number as my department id. All that information is entered into my profile and I don't have anything listed for tags, licenses or bonus points

Mine is the same trufletch

Don't think this is the same buck but very similar.

You are right. Cabelas usually takes longer to post charges. I called their customer service number yesterday and they verbally confirmed that I had a charge pending. I just checked my account again and it still hasn't posted. I'm assuming it will post on Monday.

By hammering, I don't mean monster bucks. The guy just said that the tags from 12a were well over half filled when I checked mine on day 7. Just going by what he said. He didn't say anything about the quality of the bucks checked. I did see a pretty nice 5x5 at Jacob Lake that day that was from 12a.
-
Saw yearling bucks almost every day. Saw lots of does each day. Ran into a BLM ranger on day 2 and he said the bucks hadn't really started migrating in yet. At the check station at Jacob lake when I checked mine in, the guy there said they were hammering them in 12a so I guess the BLM guy may have been somewhat right. I really don't know how many bucks come from the upper Kaibab vs Utah but there's the info I know.

I had that hunt last year. Shot a 4x4 on day six. Only saw does and yearling bucks up to that point.

Above pic from June 15th. Too bad I don't have a tag this year
