Just letting everyone know that the regs are out on azgfd

it is the worst hunt ever don't put in do yourself and me a favor please

I like the decrease as well hope they take my recommendation one day and lower tags in the early archery hunt and open up a late rut archery tag after the late rifle hunt with very low tag numbers that way us archers get a chance to chase the Bucks while they are stupid without having to try to do it during a rifle hunt

Don't waste your time in 12b unless you scout your butt off and have a buck picked out. There are very few deer in 12b this time of year. With the tags going down another 75 tags from last year the draw rate will be much lower than it was last year. I was very unlucky last year and didn't draw it with 3 points. Hope to draw it this year though. Good luck

Regs are out and the Kaibab has 75 less archery tags in it then it did last year!!! If they keep this up The next several years we will start seeing a lot more tropheys killed with stick and string up there

Your buck is a very solid buck!!! The Giants are few and far between even on the Kaibab. Thanks far sharing your pics. The buck did have a double eye guard as well. Did the game and fish guys give you an age on the buck? I was guessing he was 3 maybe 4

That very well could be him. Congrats on the buck!!! My father in law was unable to take a shot at him with his long bow. The closest we got to him was 42 yards

Probably the 12a west early then the archery hunt I want a tag not willing to wait forever for the late hunts though they are a blast if you live down south and have a chance at a left over coues hunt.

It is an amazing place, I grew up in page tell I was 12 years old. My family and a few other close family friends would pull are camp trailers up to the Kaibab in May and leave them on the mtn tell the first snow. Spent lots and lots of time up there with my family. Moved to Tucson when I was 12 and started chasing coues deer. Then when I was 21 I got a job offer back in page and have been here since. Lake Powell is out my back door lees fairy is 40 min away and my favorite place on earth (Kaibab) is an hour and a half to the lodge can't beat it. I have taken one nice buck up there and I haven't been drawn since. Took my father in law last year who is a champ Hunter that decided to hunt with his long bow during the archery hunt. He missed some great dear and we put some great stalks on others. I love going up and helping people on the Kaibab!!!

Pm me if you get a tag especially for 12aw I live an hour and a half away and spend almost all my free time up there. The 12b early hunt is to reliant on weather in my opinion and years it isn't cold yet the hunting can be tuff

I went and fished lees fairy yesterday and headed to the Kaibab for sheds tomorrow. Been a fun weekend but still won't get my mind all the way off of an elk and or an antelope tag
