South of apache maid. But right on the edge of wet beaver creek canyon. Also saw some bulls around bull pen. Got high and glassed all day sun up to sundown. It's amazing how many road hunters we saw drive right by elk.

Don't beat yourself up. Although we filled 2 tags in 6a it was tough. We saw elk but lots of people didn't. The full moon made most of the decent bulls nocturnal. Sounds like you did your homework and hunted hard. That's all you can do.

Sounds awesome. I don't want info but we're you high or low in the unit. I'm not an e scouter. I just don't think the elk have moved down yet.

Water should be key. Didn't get to scout much but know 6a well. We will just go to the areas we know and hope for the best

Order a product called antler stain. If not minwax works great. Use a q tip to get into all the crevices.

Just received this buck from a friend at work and asked me to boil for him. I told him to get a cape and mount it since he just cut the head off. True desert monster.

If you had a boat and could get just past humbug into the river a little and hike in you would be golden. I've killed a lot of pigs in 20b. We got 21 archery which I'm happy with as well. Pm me and I can give you some info
