I have been checked while glassing from the highway. Actually showed the ranger what I was looking at. He checked my tag and said good luck hope you have a good hunt. It all depends on which warden you get and if he is having a bad day. I will continue to do what I have done for years. Some of the best bucks I have seen were glassing from the highway.

Out checking dove tanks right now. Not near as good now as it was last week. These temps and rain have slowed down the flights where I am at. This sucks.

There is nothing wrong with glassing from the road. Regulations say no shooting from or across a roadway. No where does it say no glassing from a roadway.

Rained here in Tucson again Not what I wanted to see for the dove opener. Hoping it did not puddle everywhere. Headed out in the morning again to check spots.

Ya it's mad house the first season. Still can't wait to pull the trigger on the first flight. Hoping we don't get over run with dumb hunters

My GRANDFATHER(BUDDY CULPEPPER) and uncle(DANNY CULPEPPER). Taught me everything about fishing and hunting. Grandpa taught me fishing and small game uncle taught me the ins and out of big game and glassing. Grandpa is gone now but his spirit of the outdoors lives on through me.

10 days and counting. It's like I am a kid counting the days till Christmas!!! It's never gonna get here.

It holds some great deer!! And bears. Just gets hunted really hard. If you can hunt during the week you will be better off.
