Collector, I can kind of see where he is coming from saying a little much , when after Christmas you can pick up High Dollar Artificial trees new for 70 - 80 % off ... However, I do not think it is a bad deal at all for someone who needs a tree for This Christmas

Effects of so many monsters killed on the strip this year
Str8Shot replied to bonecollector777's topic in Mule Deer Hunting
For every one of those bruisers taken there are another 1 or 2 + many not far behind that made it this year ... The genetics will keep them going and in future years with similar rain and growth you will see plenty of them posted... The worst thing that can happen IMO is too many hunters holding out for what most hunters here call " SHOOTER BUCKS " passing up quality bucks and leaving with nothing cause they did not find their Trophy ... With so few Does harvested in this state you have to cull smaller bucks to balance the heard allowing for less competition for for food come the off years when the grass is not so tall and green and the trees are stingy with their givings. Heard size does effect the quality in most units in this state. -
You can get the BIG Buddy for 99.99 ( no tax which offsets the $15 shipping ) on Northern Tool .... http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200307957_200307957 ... think they have the smaller one for 69.99

this is the only hunting site I look at, love the content and people, love the owner and moderators (they all do a good job!!) but I would love a 50 pager here!!!! Best one we've had was 20 or almost 20 and it was good!!! I imagine 50 plages would be flipping EPIC!!!!! Bring it on boys! I think the last 50 pager if it even made 50 was the Corn Bagger !!!! Sorry Quail Man, that the Whambulance never arrived to bring you cheese with your Whine ! -

The quail population is the best it has been in probably 20 years .... you can walk almost any drainage on the superstition foothills and limit out by midday ... without Dogs -

they went fast ... even had put 1 in my cart and spent 15 minutes looking to add more .. and when I went to complete purchase kicked it back ... looks like their cart system does not lock up inventory -
Walmart and other retailers usually get them the last week of the year ... want to secure it before then I would do as Grey said and visit an office.

trphy the last comment is called sarcasm ... something you may not understand, but I understand if the sarcasm may be a little over your head... lots of people pick and choose what parts of the bible they like ... SO go back and look at your comment and really think about the sarcasm I left you with ... -

Love the personal attacks and assumptions .. DEMOCRAT .. LMAO ... I have been hunting and fishing AZ most my life ( minus a 10 year break from most hunting while married and starting a family) ..... been in the woods or on the lake since I could walk pretty much... I have pointed out on this site locations of several big bull and buck kills By just seeing the pic and after PMs from posters asking me to keep it on the down low , I deleted the responses ... I do not know every inch of the state but know the majority of many popular units. When I am on the lake I may BS about what and where I am catching , but if I know someone going who asks for advice I give honest advice and could care less if they end up there again and I run into them... The same goes for hunting , I have pointed and out people in areas many times over the years and on a few occasions given very very specific info at which time I ask them to keep it tight lipped, but if I draw that unit the same time as a guy I helped and find him hanging around, the last thing I will do is get upset with him or about... I am saying if you have specific expectations about keeping something tight lipped then communicate it .. do not assume anything , because when it comes to people I assume they are always going to take advantage of any knowledge they have to help the achieve a goal... To many tight asses and transplants on this sight and in this state that think they own a spot of public land and that they are the only ones to know about it.... unless it is private or land locked odds are others have been there doing the same thing you are doing at one time or another and who is to say that one of the guys he was with was not privy to the spot as well ... bash all you want it only reflects the low quality breeding you come from .. now go thump on your bibles! -

WOW ! YOU MAD BRO ? .... Born and raised in AZ I have never had an issue sharing hunting and fishing spots and only on a few occasions asked individuals to keep it on the down low.... I grew up seeing hunters helping hunters never having an issue with sharing info ... Never met guys that assumed there was an unwritten rule, but man times have changed! -

I have one question ... When it says " a minimum of 300 chances sold" does that mean you will be selling 300 tickets only ? Or if you sell 1500 before Dec. 23 the drawing will be on Dec 23 and if you only sell 250 by Dec 23 the drawing will postponed until you reach 300 ... Seems worded funny to me. -
IMO every square inch of Landlocked Public Land should be closed to legal hunting until easements and access is granted .... Public lands leased for grazing or any other purpose should not become an extension of any one or small group of individuals private stomping grounds .. Just my 2 cents
-
I was thinking the same thing .. I have never had an issue all my life out camping , but even with that , I never leave anything of real value that can not be easily replaced and never a gun... I have also heard of increased thefts like this in this area and of the few people I know who have dealt with it they were led to believe that it is due to increased crime coming from the reservation.

you put in for turkey or javi ? They are not done with everything .. spoke to them today and the lady said even if your portal says not drawn it may not be the case

What did you do for Thanksgiving dinner at camp, cook up a bunch of venison ? You know they can smell their own cooking, right ? Good Luck getting it done

First "deer"" hunt in Arizona
Str8Shot replied to AHunter119's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
All I will tell you is you do not need to go very far if you want muleys Spend some time hiking in your back yard and you should be able to figure it out .... If wanting Coues get on the other side of the mountains a bit east and a little North ... Good luck
