We actually bought 3 from Rockland last year. My son bought one, I liked it so much I sold mine and bought one and then a buddy did as well. Great folks to deal with and I'm super happy with the trailer.

I have the savage UL in 2 different calibers and both shoot very well - you can't go wrong but I also have the light weight storm and even though you are giving up a couple inches on the barrel and some diameter it shoots very well and for a packer is less bulky.

I saw a herd of them at Rosy a few weeks ago along a bank and looked like baby sharks in the water. I would say all about 12-14" and just darting and doing circles all over the place. Super erratic.

Anyone happen to have an upgraded trigger for a Ruger 10/22 or a Savage A17/22 laying around by chance they want to sell? Thanks

Just wanted to update and say thank you to Bucks&Bulls. Great recommendation, just got the trigger back and for the price I don't think you can beat it. I have one set up with a Mag Reseach trigger and it is impressive but for $200 less, I'll go this route anytime for all I do with it! I think it came back in right at 4 weeks and with a pretty darn crisp 2.7lb. Thanks again and recommendation for anyone looking. I wish they would have been able to do my A22 trigger too!

I'm talking about the 2nd group that went in. Give it a week or two and close the area off in between. Rush right in there and I would expect the same results which end is putting the bear down. Just stay out for a few weeks and let him wander off.

That's just messed up. The bear told you to stay the F out once and then everyone has to run right up there and everyone get within 50 yards again. He's going to do the same dang thing. Put a sign up and up for a week or two and then go back and check it out. He'll move on. Just stupid

No. I can't imagine what an oar would be good for on a 20 glass boat, at least until until now anyway. I imagine id get the dang thing out with a rod or the net but like I said he may own the boat if he gets pissy.

A buddy and I fished Rosy on Wed after seeing his post and had this very discussion.. Try and flip out with a rod (too flimsy?) or grab the net maybe and hope it doesn't get through it? I don't have a hook/pole in the boat and you sure as heck can't get past it to get to anything off the front deck. Can't shoot it. I would contemplate just jumping in the lake and give the boat to the dang snake. I need a plan please!
