Buck Officially Scored 200 0/8" gross 197 4/8" net

Fixed it. Maybe it's the Miller light I'm drinking but Idk what swear word starts with r It's not a swear word but "raped" would work. I would say "ridden" like Broke Back Mountain. So the question is who is going to Snowflake on July 2nd for the arraignment? -
A knife is just a tool. Kind of like $2000.00 binoculars. You use them but don't abuse them like you might a .99 screwdriver from the dollar store compared to a $10.00 screwdriver.

I probably do in all my BIL knives he collected. Here is one of his Arno Bernards with mammoth molar handle.

The Harbor Freight welders for hobby welding is fine. Look at Youtube for reviews on them. I had one until it got stolen with my portaband. I still prefer stick welders but had no problem with the flux core wire feed for about $100 from Harbor Fright. I had the 120 volt set up but you really had to watch the duty cycle with it. Before that I was running an old stick Lincoln Pipe liner with a hand crank Dodge engine, after about 3 years I decided I didn't want to be a welder full time in 90+ temps outside. The other thing you want to get is an oxy/acetelene set up to cut metal. It drives me nuts to watch guys use a grinder to cut metal, especially when a chop saw would work much better. Get good gloves. Even though I am an electrician the worst shock I ever got was from a welder. I was building a gate and instead of using the torch I cranked up the welder to cut. I threw the stinger on the ground, grabbed the gate with my left hand and took the ground off with my right hand. I moved the gate right into the stinger so the full current went straight through my chest. I had taken my gloves off and was full of sweat. Basically a HUA moment.

I thought the draw deadline was 20 past 11 with forty feet between them when they stopped to make their play.

Sorry I misinterpreted your post and then the next response right after I was accused of not reading the original post.

Here is some information for you to avoid a spot if you want or go hunt it for what it is worth. It is all information that you can verify most if not all. Take the 209, Saddle Mountain Road between Luna and the turn off to Reserve. It is within a quarter mile of the overlook towards Luna. Once you top out, or look for Dave Lee Lake on Google. just NW of there is a wildlife guzzler, it is easy to see on Google Earth. Somebody last year cut all the trees that fell across the road so now anybody can drive to it. It is a rough road but I took my 2wd Chevy S-10 to it. Before there were only about 12 atv's a day down it during hunting season. Now who knows how many will be down there. Within a mile radius of that guzzler a pack of wild german shepherd X hybrids have moved in. The two adults have collars the five juveniles don't. HINT: Don't shoot them, the coyote excuse won't fly. Since that the animals going to that guzzler have dropped 90% so you might see 4 cow elk a month there or maybe 2 deer, even the bear doesn't visit as often as it use to. You can hunt the state line road south coming off 180. You and about 20 others will be in there but that road is atv use only now. They changed it 3-4 years ago. Now you can drop into Frieborn Canyon if want. There use to be some big deer in that heck hole until the Kitty Kat moved in. I have found 9 deer kills and 3 elk kills in there in the last year. I could go on but I spend more than a couple of scouting trips in that unit so will leave some for you to learn. Tell me if you find the pentagrams with the burned doll heads by the cave and spring, seems like some weird crap goes on in the forest. So I don't hunt that area anymore and you know my reasons why. Feel free to hunt there if you don't believe me.

Left over NM tags are coming out June 27th for residents and the 28th for everybody. No elk tags, big shock, only 203 deer tags which are archery and ML and there are 10 archery Javi tags. Not much chance but it is something.

I guess I am just a prick then, ask couestracker how much as I basically gave him gps coordinates and told him to go get them. He had a muley tag and I had a coues tag. He is a good guy as he asked if somebody went with him if it was all right with me. I told him it was fine but he found his own spot. I could do the same for elk in that unit on where they cross from unit 15 and 16 into AZ and come from AZ back. Why don't you ask The Mountain Project as they killed two of the bulls in there I had seen and I could tell you the canyon they were in. I choose not to since I am just a prick.

The reason I gave up watching horse racing was there are owners who will not run their horses until the last race for a spoiler. I think it is an amazing animal that can run all three races and win them all especially when there are horses that are fresh from not running the first two races.

I did read your post well. That is why I can't understand why you are still e-scouting.
-
Don't want to appear to be a jerk but I don't think any information is going to be posted in a public forum. If I knew anything I would send you a PM. Sounds like a good excuse for a road trip.

Well with the F4 fisheye lens and that huge rock in the back on the left looking so small, I bet he is smaller than he looks on that curb.

Brother in laws first bull (video link added)

I agree with you. It is like Jared from Subway, Bill Cosby, OJ, Roseanne......anything associated with them is tainted. I believe YOUR friend did nothing wrong but unfortunately is collateral damage. -
I guess I am old then, National Geographic and the Sears catalog, lingerie section before HBO.
-
Larks Back! Wait he's not back. Bummer for sure!
-
You forgot to mention admitted trail cam thief. At least he was man enough to admit it because he got caught.
-
Protecting livestock you shouldn't have to burn a tag. They should give you a medal!

I thought so, that's where hunting began.A man has an elk tag and takes a smaller bull at the end of the season to feed his family and some would criticize that? Bizarreness. My first bull was a spike, second was a rag horn. I was just happy my freezer was filled for a few years each time. With bow season here I get ES tag so first legal animal in range is fair game, be it a cow, spike, rag horn or 400" bull. Yes I am a meat hunter and proud of it!

NoBull350, Blake might have more than one brother so if it is a different brother I apologize. I posted in the thread to pull it up to the top so it is easy to find. Once again this buck was "stumbled" on right before dark of opening day. Seems like the Luck of the Irish was with your family stumbling on bucks you didn't know were around.

NoBull350, You may not have posted on here but guess what? We all know you killed a 175 mulie. How do we know that? Go look in the Mule Deer Section posted by BC777. Hopefully it is not one sitting at G&F.

Can you post links please? I made a post in the other mule deer story to bring it to the top, same deer. From March when the deer was dried.

And the rest of the story? -
If you read the other thread in Mule deer hunting you will see why he was stealing cameras. At least, as he stated 8-10 people knew about that deer and he tried to throw them off by saying there were 8-10 200" bucks elsewhere in the state. There probably are but each deer is unique with their headgear. He said they told him where they were so he had 8 years worth of hunting. Now if it were me and I had a 200" deer on cams I would not tell anybody where it was. I am betting that somebody had that deer on camera and could tell G&F where it was. They may have even found the gut pile and then the deer showed up dead in Eastman's with the story. I bet somebody dropped a dime and that is what lead to the investigation. Didn't it seem like he didn't want to enter it in P&Y? Makes you wonder.
