There are protected herds and non- protected herds

Dang. Sad to hear

My main 308 is 18". I've killed a lot of stuff in Alaska with it
-
Looking pretty dang good

No issues. One sits on a 340 Wby that is 8#. The 3-15s are great. The one 4.5-22 I have is not my favorite simply because it only has like 6 mils in one revolution . I did make a 1050 yard shot with it but I hate turning past one revolution.

I have several of the Razor LHTs. Better than my VX5 by a large margin. The NX8 had terrible eyebox. The ATAC-R scopes are great but $3600 and 3 pounds. Some of the VX6 Leupolds are pretty nice. The one my buddy had on his Alterra tracks pretty good. Limited testing but lots of one shot kills out to 700

Thanks Doug. I'm spending Thanksgiving day watching a bedded 7x8 and wishing it were tomorrow 😄

A few years ago I had a flat tire by Table Mesa. It was my second of the trip and no spare left. While I waited for my son to bring me a spare I hiked around the edge of table Mesa close to I-17. I found muley tracks that were bigger than my 300 Wby cases. Fresh pellets and all. There was a big bodied bruiser in there somewhere

Dillingham certainly could have cost then the game yesterday. Blown play after timeout going for the 4th down unsteady instead of the points. Plenty of decisions

Buddy had his last 5 sessions before going tits-up. Might not be so durable

The shop in Payson who makes them for Outdoorsman will sell you one direct.

Looked like he couldn't breathe

Also. You don't have to be a resident exception to buy a pistol but your ID has to match your current address.
-
In my experience, the batteries wouldn't last more than one day
-
Has Mesa called it yet?

A voter registration card works. They will give you one on the spot

I just made a quick trip to the valley. Brought a whole sack of XX hot. Hatch chilies back to Kodiak. I'll have to make something good

Sure looks that way Iowa state went down. Too
-
None at my place

Good to hear there's some reliable ones still.

As a rule, taxidermists are some of the shadiest businessmen around. I've been hosed by more taxiderimists than any other trade, by a large margin. Go with someone who has been in business a while and can show you good work. It's typical for them to take on more work than they can do. I have a mule deer at Mark Miller's right now. He's been around a long time.

That has what to do with sheep hunting?
