Nice buck! Congrats! You have the bragging rights in the family now

Jeff, awesome goat man! And spot and stalk archery? Even better. Congrats!

James, I'm counting the days too buddy. I can't wait to help you put a long range smack down on a piggly ram bro!

Yep, that's sick alright

Do you recognize this buck?

That's incredible. Mike you really outdid yourself on that one. I definitely need a print or two. The shirts should look awesome! -
Hard to say, but he's off to a good start. He's got quite a bit of growing it seems by the way he's balled up still. He could turn into a stud.

when?

Prayers and thoughts sent your way Amanda . My wife went through this a year ago and it's no fun. Get better soon!

Nice bear, and that was quite a poke! Congrats.

I echo your thoughts a little Coach. Although it is a velvet deer and doesn't have the thicker winter coat yet, his neck looks significantly thinner than the other bucks and looks a bit odd. This could just be the difference from indiviual deer and, of course, you did say you picked the form . Apart from the "smile" that was mentioned earlier, I think the quality looks good. All that really matters though is if YOU like it. Sounds to me like you might want to go over your options with your taxidermist and see what he thinks and what he can do to make it perfect for you. And congrats on the buck

I just hope you got what you wanted out of it Tim, and most of all that your new mount will be just like you pictured it . And again I applaud you on how you handled the situation. It was also a good reminder of how tight we are on here: it was good to see us support one another.

I did the custom turret deal with Leupold, and it wasn't accurate. The dial was consistently low starting at about 300 yards. To be on at 700 I had to dial to 840. I put the data I gave them into a program and it agreed with what i was actually seeing in the field. Not sure how, but they messed up. I'm sending it back and having them put on M1 turrets which is what I should have done in the first place.

The mug/flask thing has been done to death. I bought my groomsmen matching sunglasses. They were some pretty fancy units. In a couple of the photos we all had them on, looking fresh. I thought it was pretty cool.

Sweet pics. That buck with the little drop is a stud! Love them tall and narrow like that.

I think TAM's "lion" is a big part of that also

Shouldn't be long. And he's worth the wait. Congrats on another pig Jim -
Very nice. He's off to a great start. Good luck!

Don't know if they have it on the droid, but "Bulletflight" on the iPhone is amazing. It's pricey, but is also hands down the best ballistic program for the iPhone. Simple, easy to use, and accurate. Calcs spin drift and correolis (sp?), the whole 9. Sweet program.
