Not a sponsor of the site, but Midwest Whitetails is an excellent online hunting show. They only put out new shows during season of course, so they are winding down for the year. But it's very high quality, and not much "fluff". Most shows are between 15 and 20 minutes. The main show kills a 200" buck almost every year - all fair chase, no high fence, and all archery except some of the kids shows. Amanda can delete link if she wants but check it out here: http://www.midwestwhitetail.com/ Under the "Main show" check out "Finding Bubba" and "The Final Chapter". Both interesting shows, and both bucks go about 205 and he has a lot of history with both as well. I enjoy watching it when I have the time.

Just curious more than anything, but how do they do in the heat and/or cold? Could you use them to pack in a ways and then tie them up or build a pen for them and leave them in camp for the day? What do they cost to feed per month if you're not hunting with them? How much room do they need? 25lbs per goat x3 goats could mean a SERIOUS back country camp. Heck, one could be used to just carry water and you'd have 3 gallons. Very cool stuff.

Rediculous.

Pretty buck. He'll still be out there - good luck getting and arrow in him!

Nice bucks. That first video though, I realize the guy behind the camera had other priorities, but for cryin out loud .

Anyone harvest a Rocky in AZ

Nice ram. Heard there was some controversy about this ram. Something about it was killed in a gray area. Ba dum dum - tsch. Haha, I kill me -
Anyone care to give me the "cliff's notes" version of this whole mess? I started into the several threads and it's mostly a mix of info that you had to have read several other threads to understand. I'm don't live in AZ so forgive the ignorance. Seems AZSFW pissed everyone off. I'm more familiar with them up in Utah, where they were popular for a while and then had a falling out there as well. Just curious if someone could give me a condensed version. Thanks in advance.

Sweet buck. Looks like he was trying to grow another on his right? Or was it broke off? Congrats on a great deer.

I feel bad for my shenanigans earlier I the thread now. Zac, thought you had this billy in the bag. I'm sure you guys will turn him up. I know you're doing everything you can, hope he turns up soon for you. Good luck bro.

Hard to be 100% from photos, but that looks ALL whitetail to me. Now just have to figure out if its Coues or Eastern .

Great buck. Perseverance paid off big time. Congrats!

Good night! Those fronts are crazy big. Sweet sheds.

Keven, could you give some info on the buck in your avatar? Sweet mercy man, that thing is rediculous.

SWEET buck. Love them tall and narrow. Congrats on killing a deer you had so much history with - very satisfying.

A semi auto would be SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET. -
Good luck finding your Billy. That being said, I pretty much hate your guts. A monster Ibex is a dream hunt of mine, and it sounds like you have filled that one. That, combined with the 27 other hunts you have been on and videoed this year lead me to say, as lovingly as possible, get bent. Screw you and your neverending string of hunts and great animals . Also, please post hero pics so I can be even more jealous and agitated, you unbelievable jerk. Your pal, kevin

First Mule Deer (what would be your score?)
Coues Sniper replied to Yoshi's topic in Mule Deer Hunting
I don't think he has big enough forks to go 200", which is a shame because his frame is impressive. He's one of those deer that is bigger than what the tape says. I'd put him around 190 or so, but again, his frame is gigantic and I love how he just keeps sweeping up. Beautiful deer, congratulations. -

December 2012 AZ Coues Hunt.

That buck of John's is awesome. Neat deer. Bummer on your buck, but like you said - it happens. Especially solo. My cousin shot the wrong buck on a triple beam deer a few years ago cause he left his 10's behind on a stalk. He'll never do that again.
