Did you guys look around for dead bucks and broken tines in the area? I bet there wasn't many trees left standing either! With head gear like that nothing was safe on that mountain.

I know the feeling all to well. I havn't killed a deer in 3 years now and I can't get drawn for anything else. Without guiding I would have nothing but this website to fulfill my hunting needs.

For me trying new areas is what makes it fun. I love learning new areas and whether or not I succeed or fail at harvesting a trophy buck doesn't matter (ok maybe a little). I say welcome the challenge and enjoy every adventure!
