The last jump a few days ago was over 30 confirmed deaths from April 12. But they finally just announced it
-
Source was a couple weeks ago when we hit I think 300 people. News came out and said half was on the reservation. This was the first time they were announcing who and where. I might be wrong or they were at the time.

Couple of months ago if someone said "hey should we shut down the state of Arizona for a virus that will not affect 99.99% of Arizona. And the people who do get it half the deaths will be on the Navajo Nation and the rest 85% are over the age of 65 with pre existing health conditons."??? What do we got to do to keep AZ from not shutting down?? Wash your hands more often and keep 6ft away and quarantine senior living centers and aid the Navajo Nation in what they need. Thats it? Yep thats it! Well maybe keep kids home from school but 95% of business can stay open!! Huh!! Well that doesn't seem that bad. With those odds if your below 65 with no health conditions you are about 0.001% chance from dying. Are you sure we don't need to shut down Arizona?? Yes Im sure said the person with common since.

Finally some good news!!!! Im so tired about Covid 19!! Congrats on the hunter. This is awesome way to go

Just read the other day that (i forget what university in California) has been doing test for anti bodies who thought that they think they had it.. They are now saying that the number of people who did have the virus with no affects on them is 85 times more people did have the virus. So if the country is close to 1 million infected that means 8 million people have had it. Which now puts the death rate roughly around 0.0025% chance of dying from the virus. Over half of the deaths in AZ has been in the Navajo nations and 80% of them are over the age of 65 with pre existing conditions. This is almost the exact same number as the flu and Swine flu. Here is what is strange. All flu deaths have stopped and its only listed as Covid-19. Every where else is roughly the same even with Florida giving a late banned but the only place that is hammered hard is New York. Nothing is adding up and we need to start getting back to work. Plus we were supposed to be around 80-100k deaths by now

Anyone know the family washed away in Tonto Basin?
Zeke-BE replied to PRDATR's topic in The Campfire
I don't know all the details but sometimes accidents happen. Not excusing him for the river crossing but if you look into from another light like, driving to cousins to grandmas house during a blizzard for thanksgiving and you hit a bad spot. They took the risk to do it does that mean manslaughter for the driver. Or me and the kids were throwing rocks over a hill but I so happen to hit a hiker in the head by accident and killed that person. Is that manslaughter? I know there are different degrees into how you get man slaughter like if the cousin was driving 20 miles over the speed limit during the blizzard you are truly being reckless. Or pushing boulders down the hill were hikers hike all the time and complaints happen but I still did it, that would be easy manslaughter. I would like to know the whole story before I state manslaughter. Did he cross that river many times with that rig with people on the back? Never had a problem until then. Where parents aware that this is a common practice? Or were they upset about it in the past? Any other concerns? I think like Flatlander that the people are used to it and a common practice. If everyone is on board with that locally I kind of find this truly unfair. If they weren't, and always upset about it, and told him to stop this is up for a big discussion. -
Maybe I need to change my settings but it said you posted it on April first according to mine. Again now checking my time on this is way off. But still would of been a good April fools

Once this is over there will be a small recession especially in AZ. Harder in other states. But by sheer economics we didn't hit a wall because of over inflation, sales, over consumer purchases, housing, to much construction, to little construction. Plus all essential workers are still full swing and hiring. Ive listen to a few economist and they believe AZ will bounce back full swing in a year. But it does suck for a lot of people especially small business owners and their employees that this will put them out of business. Once this is over you will see alot of restaurants, bars, retail stores go out of business. Hope this ends sooner than later to get everybody going again
