Go to harbor freight buy either a single or double rock polishing tumbler and get stainless media off of amazon, a little lemishine and you won't regret it for pretty cheap. Each drum holds quite a bit of brass.

Don't Panic... You can do this. Those fittings are soldered on the inside of those valves simply cut your self a hole big enough to work in, use a tubing cutter to simply cut the tubes then remove old valves and small section of tubing then replace with new valves, short flex line, and a shark bite 1/2" couplings you can do it.
