Huntn coues

Does anyone know what statute they are talking about? And what process they are talking about???

I played this a few months ago and sucked at it.

A lot of misinformation and rumors are going around about Cabela’s T.A.G.S. program and late Arizona elk and antelope hunting applications. We are currently working through a well-defined administrative process with the Arizona Game and Fish Department, a process open to any hunting license applicant or any other customer of the game and fish department. Despite rumors you may have heard or read, Cabela’s has never implied, discussed or threatened any lawsuit against the State of Arizona or the Arizona Fish and Game Department. We absolutely do not intend to pursue a lawsuit against the department no matter their decision. Cabela’s considers the Arizona Fish and Game Department, and all state fish and game departments, partners and co-supporters of all the outdoor sports we all hold dear. We are simply representing hunters, who through no fault of their own, stand to miss out on a chance to participate in the Arizona draw. And, further to that point, we are asking not only on behalf of T.A.G.S. customers, but on behalf of all men, women and youth hunters whose applications may have been similarly delayed by unforeseen circumstances as permitted by Arizona statute. These hunters are not just customers of Cabela’s, but customers of Arizona Fish and Game Department. We believe their case should be heard. With full faith in the administrative process, Cabela’s will abide by and respect the decision of the Arizona Wildlife Commission and the Arizona Game and Fish Department. I do believe the pencil lines were way off in those pics as far as I could tell. If any of us ever decided to have a buck offically or un-officially scored I am sure we would want it done correctly. Alot of people on this site alway's seem to jump all over someone SCORING an animal the first chance they get and make comments like "be happy with the buck not the score" etc...... (to each their own) but I can guarantee everyone that he is overjoyed with this buck as well as all the other bucks he has taken. Scores are that just scores but they pertain to everyday life as well as sports , history ,personal achievements , credit , etc.. heck we even have the biggest coues buck contest here on this site and that pertains to scores as well. And I for one would want the true score listed. I have never taken an animal that was close to being listed in any book but I know the scores on em all and they are all trophies to me but if I do take a whopper of a buck like his it will be scored for the books. (correctly) Just my 2 pennies.

I have alway's been told by the AZGFD that Postmarks do not count. Cabela's should have sent them in a little bit earlier IMO. I alway's send mine in way in advance or hand deliver them. They should be chewing UPS's butts and not AZGFD's because now they are going to open a whole can of worms for all of us little guy's who did not get their's in before the deadline at on time or the other.

Actually on second thought SCREW the 14th they should not even listen to this garbage!

Un fricken believable!!! Like what was already said is many of people have been rejected because of this exact same thing and they did not get a second chance. This blows Anybody on here know a good lawyer? I guess we should wait to the 14th cause maybe they will do the right thing on this issue.

I spoke to AZGFD last year and he told me that the same number of people still apply regardless of paper apps or online. He broke down the numbers over the last few years and they were all pretty darn close. It kinda burst my bubble when I found out because I thought the numbers would be in my favour with people having to put in thru the mail.
