I haven't been prevy to the fine art of handloading,but have found that my pawnshop bought 7mm(win.model70)loves the hornaday 139 grain boattail soft point.This year 264 one shot --entry bedded back of shoulder through liver into back hip bone,which we found boneing him but somehow fell out of my pocket during hike .Last year 385 yards into center of chest through heart out lower chest cavity.Last year in utah--409 yards two clean pass throughs out of three shots.Devistateing round in my opinion.Store bought.

I just dropped my buck off at kruegars creations.This will be the first buck I have professionally mounted(2x2 from utah from an aquaintance looks crappy)so I thought of Chris.Any opinions other than he's pricey?I am having him done in a semi sneak looking to the right.What do you think?

Thanks for all the big congrats!!!!!!Yes he is the one that I missed on the opener.I was camped of the 4164forest road but was hunting about 12 miles away.He is definitely my best coues yet so thats why he's being taxied!!! I am haveing chris do him in a semi sneak looking to the right,just how I remeber him before the shot!!!! Couldn't afford to do him up laying down under a palovede.lol.Would love to take the pic of he and I where i'm kneeling with him up close as my avatar!!!Help me oh great moderators!!!!
