You will not get a paper tag. If you got a paper tag and an e tag they would essentially send you two tags. the app works without cell coverage. You just have to be logged in before you go out of service. When you come back into service it will upload the information to game and fish.

The other 20 will park and hunt from the road every day. most other states I’ve hunted after Oct 15 getting far into forest land without 4x4 and chains is difficult. The terrain is way different than AZ. As for your last question. It depends on the unit. All those options are available. Do some research on their website. They have a great map that shows winter range summer range landowner ship etc.

3 points isn’t a guarantee for an early cow tag. A lot of units take 5 points. Points does not equal what type of hunt it is

It’s antlerless. If for some reason a bull would shed his antlers during a hunt and you shot him it would be legal because he didn’t have antlers. The tag is not for a specific sex, it’s for antlers or no shedable antlers.

If it went to a draw the same number of permits would be issued for nr. Some units will be hunted harder than others but that’s what the quota is for. Remember the quota doesn’t reset in January. It resets in august. So a few units are closed right now that won’t affect your hunt in august. I don’t see how it’s going to take away opportunity away from residents. If your fav unit went to a draw for nonresident they would take those deer away from the resident quota. This way residents have the opportunity to fill the quota as fast as a nonresident would. Which is the same opportunity.

It is very clear. A person can not have two draw tags. (Except javelina cause they changed the rule for that). What is printed in the regs, like the screen shot above, is just simplified. You have to read the actual law which is a game and fish rule in this instance.

Sorry but the 30/300 foot rule is a good rule. Just drive the 300 road by forest lakes and you’ll see they push the campsites farther from the road every year causing more damage every year.

How do you figure. Most states give non residents more than 10% Colorado is a $100 license, az 160. Wyoming doesn’t even having hunting licenses.

You didn’t address all the questions. There is only one hunt south of the ditch that isn’t a guarantee with 12 points. If you did everything right on your app then you had a cc issue. applying for that hunt with 12 points makes no sense because you could have hunted it 4 times in those 12 years. it’s a 54% draw odd with 2 points.

One is guaranteed a tag if they have more points than anyone for that hunt number, except sheep and Buffalo. If you had 20 points and the next guy had 19 you are guaranteed the tag as long as there are over 9 (I think) tags for that hunt. as for turkey. Doesn’t sound like you’re buying 2 points a year. 6 points for a tag is not that long when you can get 2 points a year. and please research how Colorado works. All of their premium hunts require over 25 points and if you don’t have over 20 right now you’ll never draw. NEVER. Az’s system at least gives you a chance every year.

Well you have how the law works backwards. You wouldn’t have had to prove you didn’t put it there. The state would have had to prove you put it there. Just like they did with the bait duwane put out. They were able to prove it. When someone knows the state can prove it they don’t fight it. He got caught and all you thinking he is the greatest have been fooled.
