FYI --New Log-In For AGFD Portal

I talked to one of the G&F ladies a few weeks ago about consolidating my sons elk BP's (I previously messed up and he had 2 IDs). Anyway, she said the family portals were in the works and they were hoping to have it up by early next spring. Should be able to link the kids accounts to yours. We'll see.

    SOLD PLEASE DELETE

Two Bilstein 5100 leveling shocks for sale. I bought them to put on my 2014 Ram 1500, not sure what else they will fit but you can check fitment at the Bilstein website. These have settings to raise your front end up to 2.7 inches. These wont put your suspension geometry out of whack like spacers can. We are moving out of state and I dont have the time to put them on. These sell for around $100 each, asking $80 obo for both. Located in Tucson area. Thanks for looking.

Loading Coconino MVUM onto a Garmin?

Here's a screen shot of what it looks like. The pins are not elk though! 😉

Loading Coconino MVUM onto a Garmin?

Not sure if it really helps you or not, but you can also download the coconino mvum onto your phone. The free app is Avenza and it works well. It works even with no signal by using the gps in your phone. I also like it when driving as you don't have to wait for your gps to load or leave the gps on and drain batteries. I used it for my 7E elk hunt and on several Wyoming hunts and it worked well.

    WTB 7E Flatline Map

I've heard nothing but good things about the Flatline maps. Before I pony up the $40 for a new one, I was looking to see if anyone had one they would want to sell. Im looking for AZ 7E. PM me with asking price. Thanks for looking!

    WTB 7E Flatline Map

Yea, I use Avenza also. I first used it last year in Wyoming for an antelope hunt and it worked really well. Wyoming has free map downloads for their hunt units using Avenza. I currently only have the Coconino NF map downloaded for 7E. I also like to have a paper map to write on. Guess that's the old man in me. Lol!

    WTB 7E Flatline Map

Yea, I'll probably just buy a new one now. I have to go to Bull Basin anyway now after shooting. My serving just separated and my nock loop slid up about a quarter inch. Strings only 2 months old! Always something.....

Ok, I'll text you in a bit.
  16. Random question. In order to apply for a youth big game tag, do kids have to be 10 at the application deadline or turn 10 before the hunt starts? I can't find this in the regs. Thanks in advance.

    Youth Application Question

That sounds like lots of fun! Not sure how far south you are planning, but there are always a ton of leftover archery javelina tags for 36a,b,c. They are good for almost the whole month of January.

    Youth Application Question

Thank you both. That is actually the answer I was hoping for. My son will turn 10 in late June next year. Obviously after both the elk and deer application deadlines, but before the seasons start.

    Looking for kids boots

That would be fantastic, yes I am in Tucson. I looked at them and they are size 1. I suck at guessing kids sizes. You (or anyone else) are still welcome to them.

    Looking for kids boots

I have some boots from my som that he outgrew. I think they are size 3 or 5. I'll check tonight and get back to you. Are you in Tucson?
  21. My neighbor found a female Brittany in our Sahuarita neighborhood today. She's liver and white and was wearing an e collar but is not microchipped and does not have a name tag on her collar. I know a lot of you train/hunt with lots of other bird dog owners so spread the word and let me know if anyone heard of a missing dog. We already have a Brittany and my wife is begging to keep her!
