Here is some pics of my CO 2nd season rifle hunt. This was a very tough hunt and just like years of archery hunts. I found the elk to be above treeline on most peaks where I hunted, far from any road or quad or other hunters. Great adventure and big thanks to my stepdad for helping me pack out.

Hey all Check out this 5k run in September. I know several lucky hunters will be hunting, but this is a great way to stay in shape and support your community. So September is childhood cancer awareness month. September is also lymphoma and leukemia awareness month. So join us and child survivors for a 5k run. This year we are going for second season rifle oct 17-25 questions is will they still be bugling? Can I expect to find them in same general area as the archery hunt. Also how much snow will make them move?
