Shot this bull on day 4. Wanted to thank all the friends on this site who helped make it happen. Bugling was slow I would say mostly going quiet at first light. On night three we heard bugling all around camp at 0330. By 0345 we were in pursuit we walked and hiked with them for over 2 and half hours. At one point we could here two big bulls fighting 150 yds away, while three others continued to bugle if different directions. When I could finally see my sight pins we had 2 bulls working towards each other, I thought they were going to fight again. We closed the distance right between them. My friend made 2 small cow calls and this one walked around the tree I was standing behind, 8 yd shot, and the bull went 40 yds and fell down. I am very pleased with this trophy bull. What a blessing and awesome hunt. Good luck to all those still hunting.

It can be done the hunting is very difficult and u may go days to find them but it's fun. There is people everywhere in AZ also just go hunt. Second rifle 6x6 lizard head wilderness CO

Thought I would share some pics of my Alaskan adventure. I have some Coast Guard friends up there and this hunt really worked out. My friend shot a trophy mountain caribou and I was able to shoot a Wolf off the carcus 2 mornings later. We flew in on a bush plane about 35 miles from Fairbanks. AK is awesome, saw Moose everyday, and even got to catch a few Grayling Enjoy. The Tannery guy rough scored the bull at 388 those tines are 20-24 inches, also attached some pics of all the furs his shop is processing that place was very cool. [attachment=112749:IMG_2417.JPG]
