I have a pre '64 model 70 I'm thinking to sell, it's a great gun and in nearly excellent condition for its age. There are minor blueing issues and one scratch on the stock see pictures below. Please feel free to ask questions.

Bump to the top. -
Up for grabs, great pre '78 shotgun in near excellent condition. Works great, hasn't been fired much at all and has been properly stored. Features adjustable choke. Great junior gun but is really fun for adults too.

Try switching to challenge call, I called in some big males that way when they not interested in distress and just yap back at you. Rabbit call is the most popular call, they heard it before and may be educate to it, switch it up it may help. -
Pics?

Walmart has some bushnell AR scopes that come with mounts and everything you need for about $120-150 range. Nothing special but it will do the trick till you come across a deal on quality glass. I usually spend 1.5 to 2 times the money on the scope than on the rifle but that's just me. My $350 savage Edge has $1200 Leupold Mark 4 scope on it and it's a tack driver at 600 yards.

Big question is how much do you have in your budget to spend on it. If you under 300 anything will work, I personaly love my Trijicon ACOG 4x32 but it's expensive. On my 500 yard AR I use Leupold Mark 4 3.5-10x55 mil dot, that will set you back as well. I like trijicon due to its rugged design and fast target acquisition, it's calibrated for a .223-5.56 caliber and chevron reticle makes it easy to estimate the distance to the target.

I was able to call this dog to about 20 yards. Really nice healthy male. I was going to take him with my side arm but didn't wan to spook him since he was staring directly at me. I stumbled across these traks and I never seen anything like it before, at first I thought it was a lion but then I not three claws and that got me stomped? I followed the track for about two miles till I lost it in some thick brush. Anyone have any idea what it is?

So I went hunting this week

Back to the traks, can anyone tell me if this is mountain lion that's trying to get extra traction in the sand?
