    Does anyone know the procedure for declaring only a deer skull when crossing back into the US? I have an opportunity to hunt this fall in Mexico. I am familiar with the vehicle and tourists permits. I won't be traveling with a firearm either so my only concern is coming back with a deer skull. I understand the skull must be completely clean and free of meat/fur/blood. But as far as paperwork or tag what do I need and how do I obtain it?
