Cody....i sent you a PM, you still need a Nm Hunt lisc. and there approx 290 for NR...All these hunts are gone, but i will most likely have some other tags.....Not food or lodging, just the tag, and they will be less! Ill put a new post on as soon as i know. Thanks.

No personalness....taken...LOL How ever, i know as well as them, that in true fact if they took all the money UP FRONT, they would make 5 times as much on the interested alone. Because instead of only getting 5 bucks from people they would be getting well over a hundred bucks from each person and times that by 250,000 applications!!!!! THATS A BOAT LOAD OF INTEREST ON ALL THOSE MILLIONS.....25...... So they should have no problem! I personally feel the dept. has the online application for convience, and time/money saving.....

The Big Game is a lottery. Ask the Dept. they will tell you them selves. Or read online..... And that is not even the point though. The point is some of us would ACTUALLY LIKE TO HUNT AT SOME POINT IN OUR LIVE in are OWN STATE!

Nope there will only be about 12-14 or so guys between two 20,000 acre ranches within about 25 mins of each other.

Catclaw awesome reply! Thats a really awesome point as well! IT SHOULD BE ILLIGAL TO PUT IN WITH THE CC, because your right it is a lottery! We have to get something going to get rid of the online application, so long as the dept. gets all the money up front they will still be able to make a killing of all the hunters putting in, b/c then they will have twice the cash in their accounts drawing interest. Any suggestions on how we can start the process of trying to get rid of online apps???

Everything got messed up! Lots of people are getting letters and calls! i hardly know ANYONE that got any decent tag! IM NOT BLAMING THE DEPT. for ANYTHING!!! HOWEVER, i do think Jim hit it right on the head!!! Prices are going up for everything! The online Draw NEEDS To be suspended and you should have to put up the money up front!!!! And thats just my opionon....

If you cant afford to pay high NR tags, then i dont know what to tell you! Im not saying your not a devoted hunter, but like the guy above said hes not rich at all but he knows how to budget for his hunting! That is pretty much the same boat im in...all i have to do is budget! Im not talking about jacking the prices sky high, but i know one thing, i would most certainly be willing to pay more money for out top of the line hunts!

The out of staters are back on the cap! OR so they say, but who knows!!!! ALL I KNOW IS THAT I AM SICK AND TIRED OF NOT GETTING DRAWN FOR OUR OWN STATE!!!! And "OUR" tags is right!!!! I dont think the online application is here to stay if enough sportmens express there concern for the mess ups that have happened and the fact that SO MANY EXTRA PEOPLE PUT IN!!!! Who are these "extra people" u talk about so much. I am a sportsmen and for one think that everyone should have the same chance at a hunt reguardless of draw methods. Share the outdoors and its beauty dont be greedy with it. Those extra people i am talking about are....The extra 30,000 people that put in this year opposed to last year! Dont take my thinking in the wrong way, everyone deserves the chance to hunt, but i think the online app. process should be done away with. If your not willing to cut the dept a check and send it in, then your not that devoted. Personally myself, and i am by no means rich or wealthy, i would be more then happy with increasing the costs of permits/lisc. even more then the dept is going to this next year. It would only be a benefit to all of us.

Well, I dont think that these mess ups this year will exactly make the DEPT. drop the online apps( I SURE HOPE IT DOES) an extra 30,000 people put in again this year!!!!

1. I beg and plead every last one of you to call and write the dept. EVERY SINGLE day from here on out begging them to please suspend the online application proccess permenatley!!! It gives us all SUCH BETTER odds of getting drawn! This year so many more people put in again, because it doesnt cost them anything, and thats not right! If someone has some way of getting a group/commitee put together or a letter to the dept. i would be more then happy to get hundreds of signatures from individuals that i know! Not only will it increase all of OUR odds of getting tags, we wont ever have to worry about a HUGE mess up like this again! Let me know what you guys think about that! and ghost hunter, i have friends and family that had the same results! No drawn tags online only paper apps!
