I agree to a point. There are like I said still some great deer in there. One area that I used to pack into was great for Whitetail. Now it looks like the moon surface and has for many years since the fire. It just never came back good. Sad too cuz there were some real toads in there.

If you can hunt on horseback do it. I think your 21 tag for deer would be a great place to use a horse. Just watch for snakes and cactus. Lots of cholla and barrel cactus in that unit. There are some good Cats in that area too.

The fire that devastated that area years back still has affected all the areas I used to hunt. It seems it never really grew back to what it used to be. There are still some decent bucks there you just have to put some time in and scout. That being said the areas I am talking about are Bloody Basin, Table Mesa, & some areas over east towards 7 springs. Never hunted much of the rest of the unit but it is a good sized unit. The mulie in my avatar was taken in 21 in 1991. Hope this helps.

Since the subject is tires, Can anyone tell me why Dodge decided to put 20" rims on their trucks. I have a 2008 1500 Ram Hemi and need tires but the price for 20" is unreal. I would trade these rims for 17's in a heartbeat.

Agree Edge. The paniers were kinda cool. As far as Kyle goes, this gets back to what I am saying about being scripted shows. This guy or almost anyone that's been around a horse or mule for even a little while knows this. I learned very early in life you don't tie em by the reins from the working end of my PaPa's belt. When I did it when I was about 6 yrs old I couldn't sit for a while. I think they do these things to get a rise out of the viewers who probably write in and say something about it. Fun to watch tho. Look how it's got all us talking about it.

Yep. It does seem a little weird they are tapping this quick. Don't know how scripted the show is but I tend to find that most reality shows like this are done for the viewing audience. They have a list of items you can view of what each person was given. Bear spray, flares, knives and such. I don't get why each person doesn't have a fire if they have flares. That's the first thing they should get going I would think. jmo

It would just be a good start if they would just enforce the laws the they keep breaking. San Francisco flat out said they would not abide by the FEDERAL law about illegal immigrants that are criminals. This is a direct assault on our people, laws and freedoms. Yet some innocent beautiful young girl is killed by the very criminal SF said to protect. 5 times this scumbag has been deported and now he ends up killing someone because of this blatant disregard of the law. When will someone grow a set and do something about this. It's just unfathomable.

This country being flamed by the liberals and media has gotten people so worked up over things like this that we end up fighting each other over it. The liberals and media love it. It's working right into their plan to divide this country along with the worthless POS in the white house while the media has a new story every other day. This world will, and ALWAYS will, have LBGAT and the many others and there is nothing that will change it. We still have the right to express our opinions just as you and they do. I don't like it, I don't believe in it and don't want it around me or my family. That's my choice and I will defend it with my life as I am sure you would do the same in your situation.
