I am a long time western hunter 30+ hunts in 5 states, but this is my first attempt at Coues deer. We drew this tag as a third choice and did not know much unit specific information at application time. I have been surprised at how little information I can find about this unit. Still working my list from Huntin Fool and other leads, but turning up little useful information. Biologist and game warden will come after I have done my homework. I am looking for someone who has hunted this unit in the past few years and can give me a "general synopsis of areas to focus on", hunting pressure, roads, camping spots, strategy, etc. I would appreciate the help and would be willing to share the same information about places I have hunted.
