Too much mental masturbation involved in all of that. Pick a spot. Go hunting. Easy peasy.

The Hermosa creek area sounds interesting. I would like to check it out if I get up that way again.

The San Miguel river looked pretty nice. Never got a chance to fish it, but its by Telluride.

Vallecito is a pretty big reservoir with fish to catch. It even has Northern Pike. I caught a small one on a trout lure, as well as some Rainbows with the stepdaughter. There is also a marina with boat rentals. Not sure about any smaller lakes. A little north of Durango there is a nice lake. I can't remember the name of it.

Kates law was just passed in the house. It just has to make it through the Senate.

I took the family up a couple times to the Gunnison river at Almont, then we went down and rented a cabin on Vallecito reservoir, outside of Durango, right on the lake. There are campgrounds around there, I just dont remember where.? A good day trip, is the narrow gauge railroad train ride, from Durango to Silverton and back. Kids love it. The pine river flows into Vallecito, there is also the Animas river by Durango. Another spot is the Dolores river canyon, over by Dolores. Nice area for camping and fishing, and daytrip up to Telluride for food, shopping, music festivals etc.

Kate's law will also be coming up in the house of representatives. They really need to drop the hammer on these illegals.

I bet the deer hunting on Saguaro national monument, would be absolutely sick.

I say that, we get rid of the pesky politicians.

I will never look at a can of Pabst beer the same way again. LOL.

I was working with a guy recently, who busted up his ankle pretty bad, about a year ago. He wears a brace now,and will never be the same. He has to side step going up and down stairs.

Tough situation with an injury like that. I need to get one of those emergency locators. As I get older, my brain still likes to write checks, that my body can't cash. Do you still have full mobility with the ankle?

The opposite effect, is we can't go out to the mailbox naked. I wish I was back in Montana right now. Standing in a cool river, waiving a graphite stick.

All I know, is that summer sucks in the desert. 115 in Tucson today. But it's a dry heat.

It will have a funky taste.

I'm always on the lookout for a future ex-wife.

Shooter was a radical leftist. A growing group of toxic and mentally unstable people.

Retiring at 56 would be nice. I will be 56 next birthday, but lost everything that would have been my retirement in the economic crash of 09. Now I will have to work until I fall over dead. Lol.

After my divorce, I went up to Montana 2010-2011. I worked a seasonal job as head of maintenance on a large guest ranch, just outside of West Yellowstone. Not a bad gig, but it was seasonal. After I closed up the ranch at the end of September, I moved up to Bozeman for the winter, and went to work for Blackhawk Mfg. I worked in the injection moulding department making pistol holsters, gun stocks, and misc parts. It was a good place to work, but the pay was lousy. They offered me a training program in the machine shop for better pay, and future advancement, but I declined. Put in my 2 week notice in May, and went back down to the ranch for the summer. Blackhawk was purchashed by ATK. The company was growing and getting strict with Corporate policies. I enjoyed the family type atmosphere, but I didn't want to become a corporate Zombie. Standing in the Blackhawk parking lot March 2011.

I have quit a bad job. I used to be self employed for many years, but since that ended, I have not experienced anything that could be considered a good job. especially in Tucson.

Looks like the satellite camera picked up a private jet during travel

This big snake was caught just outside of Ennis, in the Madison Valley. Montana is my, home away from home, when I can get up there. Have spent many days wandering the banks of the Madison River flyfishing. Never saw anything but Garter Snakes. But I don't go out of my way looking for anything that has venom.

A Snake that can strike 6' is a scary thought.
