Don't know for sure. But I have seen 40 something year olds with braces.

COOSEFAN in a Cabels's Add? There goes the neighborhood!

That is unfuriating. Maybe a good lawyer would take the case Pro-Bono. At the very least I would be paying the dentist a visit, and introduce him to my pair of visegrips.

I am still in limbo as far as joining an organization. I am not sure if I will be staying in Arizona. I have a medical condition, and the Arizona heat really makes my life miserable. If I do stay I may consider moving to the/Show Low/ Pinetop area. If I stick around then I will get involved in some of the G&F projects, when I can.

Bummer!. The closest thing I have to a boat is a float tube.

Moving back to the north country, big thanks to CWT for a great 4 years!

Best wishes in your endeavor. I am kicking myself for not going back to Montana this summer. It's a 102 today, and I am hating life in the summer desert. LOL -
That is an awesome buck, and a great piece of artwork in the pedestal. Your friend is talented.

Yep. pork or bacon at fry's? This moron needs to take a tour of a meat packing plant where the animals are slaughtered and butchered. They can watch the liitle piggies take a pneumatic spike in the head. They will have a whole new outlook on that packaged pork.

Horse packing ruled illegal in wilderness areas

That would work. We could also tell them that the woods are full of Republicans. -
Wow. Those are some great bears. I would love to go on a trip like that sometime.
-
+1 on that. Being up in Montana the last 2 years, I bought a can of bear spray with holster. $39.95 . Carry the spray and a handgun in bear country. Spray first, shoot only if neccessary. I fished a creek in MT. that is lined with thick willow brush jungles. The bears come in there in the spring looking for winterkill. You can't see 10 feet in some places. It is one of those places that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up I think next year I might buy a S&W .500 Mag

Here is a link to Minnesota DNR. http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/ I forgot to mention that public hunting around the bigger cities and towns can be a little tough. Lots of competition for public acess areas. Alot of the farm country is broken up by patches of forest, fencerows and fields. If you can find a farmer to grant access it is easier. The bigwoods country of northern Minnesota has good hunting, but a pretty good drive. If you do decide to go, let me know, and I might be able to hook you up with a friend of my cousins? who is a big hunter. He might be able to point you in the right direction.?

I have hunted unit 27 since the late 70's. Back then there were a few thousand tags over two different hunts for this unit (Any antlered). The 900 tags they have had for some years is a drop in the bucket compared to the permits that used to be available. Much less crowded now then back then. But the deer numbers are much less also. I see alot of people by the roads. But where I hike into to hunt for the day I almost never see anybody. But it can get crowded in the more easily hunted terrain. 4 Bar Mesa is a good example. What concerns me is the increase in whitetail tags. They are now at 600.I believe This will cause overcrowding in some of the better whitetail areas,as well as much more OHV travel from the weekend warrior crowd. I strongly disagree with the reasoning behind the G&F permit increases. Increased opportunity means a decrease in a quality hunting experience. If anything they should split the permits between more hunts in this unit.

LOL. There is not a woman on this planet that I would follow to Minnesota........O.K........maybe J-Lo.....maybe.

The ultra conservatives in the state legislation. Minnesota almost lost the Vikings to Los Angeles. Eeeshhh. I can't imagine calling them the L.A Vikings.

How is unit 27 and 1 after the wallow fire?

I don't know, but I am curious as well. I have not been up there since I got back from Montana. But if all goes well, I was thinking about going up there camping for a few days over memorial weekend. -
Hello, and welcome aboard!

Thanks! I would like to get my hands on a Wrath to look at when the time comes. Although I like one cam bows better,as they don't require as much cam synch tuning. Was thinking about PSE Bow Madness XL. WIll have to put my PSE Thunderbolt up for sale when the time is right.
-
One good thing. The Minnesota Vikings finally got a 1 billion dollar stadium deal passed throught the senate. Only took 10 years to get the ultra conservatives to agree.
-
I think blackpowder is legal in southern Minnesota? I am not sure what the hunting regs are up there. It has been many years since I looked at them.
-
I was checking out the Strother website. WHat is the price on the Wrath? I was hoping to get a new bow by the end of the year. Have always been a PSE shooter. Whats your opinions on the Strothers vs. the PSE bows? Bad customer service makes me leary.
