Nice. Looks like a great hunt

Super nice buck. I must admit I am envious. I should be up in unit 27 right now hunting for a monster Coues. That is an awesome buck for sure. Nice job!

Sorry to hear that. It is a shame that goods guy's pass on at such a young age. Best wishes to the family and friends.

I had never heard of Victory arrows until you guy's mentioned them. I went to their website to check it out. The dealers they listed for Tucson, are PSE, and Bull Basin archery. Since Bull Basin is/was, a sponsor of CWT.com, I will go down and see them, and see what Victory arrows look like, and check the prices. I am shooting a new PSE Brute X in 70Lb. Draw. I am going to have Bull Basin install a quality string and cable setup. Thanks for the info.

I deal with this a lot in maintenance on Frig/freezers. A bad seal can cause it. Dirty Evaporators. Some units have a thermistor which is a heat strip that is supposed to melt ice buildup on the coils. If it is not functioning you can get the ice and temperature swings. Keep the coils clean, just as you would in an A/C unit. You can buy coil cleaner and/or, a gentle scrub brush, and you can also blow it out with compressed air

Amazing scenery and colors. I will have to try a Lobster omelet sometime. Sounds Delish. -
There is a reason why the USPS is losing billions.......it is run by the Fed's. Sorry about your package.

Good luck. Right now I am getting ready for work, because I can't go on my rifle hunt. Life is cruel.

Who's ready for Friday Oct. 25th?

I hope everyone has an enjoyable and successful hunt. Enjoy the nice fall weather. As for me, I am totally bummed out. Have been looking forward to my hunt all summer, but with my new job, and the timing of it., It is not to be. Ever my failing. But on the bright side, I will have a 9 day archery hunt in January, during the rut. SO that is something to look forward too. -
Happy Birthday Phil. It's huntin season, and I hope you have a great time. Cheers!

My John Wayne attitude gets me in trouble on occasion. I try hard to be a little more logical about situations. John Wayne could afford expensive lawyers. I can't. -

Looks like the dude was offered his job back. I imagine negative public opinion made Wally World think about it. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/10/19/walmart-offers-job-back-to-worker-fired-after-helping-assault-victim/ -

That seems to be a common trend in today's society. Stand up to the bad guy, and get fired. I had an incident a few weeks ago. I got to work early to have my coffee and listen to the radio. There was a drunken, psycho, crackhead, standing in the trash dumpster throwing garbage and smashing bottles in our parking lot, and yelling at the world. I approached him at a distance, and told him he had to leave the property or I would call the police. He started swearing, and calling me every name in the book. I went over to my truck to get my cellphone to call the Police, and he jumped out of the dumpster and approached me in a hostile manner. The guy was so whacked out, he didn't realize how close he was to ending up in a bodybag. A guy across the street saw what was happening, and came running over, and we ended up chasing this guy off. The whacko went across the street, and started throwing gravel at us. Moral of the story..........Cops wouldn't come to the property for 1-2 hours, and I didn't want to lose my job for violence, unless necessary. Next time I call 911......I will ask if the sound of gunshots and screaming will get the police there quickly. They always seem to have the time to give out traffic tickets. -
The GOP is caving in.....just like I knew they would. A little bit at a time. They had a chance to put the squeeze on the Dem's. All fear mongering aside......the sky is not falling. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/10/16/senate-begins-vote-on-budget-bill-boehner-pledges-house-wont-block-it/

Christie was laying it on thick with Obama to get as much Federal money as possible. -

Obama made a backroom phone call to his liberal lackey's in charge of the program. A few keystrokes on the computer. Done deal! -

I see it everyday. The woman in pajamas, buying big gulps and junk food with the EBT, at the local Circle K, and yelling at her 3 kids. I bet Moeesha was happy with her full shopping cart. -

The saying "Democrats and Republicans, are two different cheeks, on the same stinky butt"......is so true. We need to cleanup the political cesspool. Boehner is a dung beetle. I can't think of a nasty enough name for Harry Reid. Something akin to the slime you find on the bottom of a Septic tank.
