I am going to get drunk this weekend in celebration of this guy leaving office.I am sure Obama will appoint some knucklehead just as bad, but at least Holder will be gone., along with his screwed up agenda. Attorney General Eric Holder plans to announce Thursday that he is resigning from the Obama administration, a Justice Department official confirmed to Fox News. The decision would cap a tumultuous six-year term for the nation's top law enforcement official. Holder is one of the few Cabinet officials to have stayed on since the beginning of the Obama presidency. The Justice official said Holder has agreed to remain on the job until his successor is confirmed. According to the official, Holder has discussed his plans with Obama on "multiple occasions" in recent months. "[He] finalized those plans in an hour-long conversation with the president at the White House residence over Labor Day weekend," the official said. The official added that Holder has "no immediate plans" after leaving the post. Holder, who previously worked in private practice and before that was federal prosecutor, was one of the most controversial members of the Obama administration. Fox News' Lucas Tomlinson contributed to this report.

I've been hunting over 30 years in one of the densest bear units in the state. Never had a problem. I glassed up a sow with 2 cubs one day, and they decided to visit our camp that night. Momma gave the cubs a scolding and they ran off into the night, No harm done. However, I was on the other side of the tent wall with a loaded rifle, fully aware of what was outside, If any claws came through the side of the tent it would have ended badly for the bear.

Is the truck in your possession? If so, I would take it to a referred mechanic and get them to diagnose/repair the problem. You would then have a receipt showing that the original repairs by the questionable mechanic were not the problem, and have a paper trail / proof to help get your money back. The Better Business Bureau is worthless if the Auto shop is not a member. I'm not sure if any state agency regulates repair shops. A strongly worded letter from an attorney to the repair shop might cost around $300 -500 for initial consultation and letter. It sucks having to get lawyers involved. Fight the good fight bro! I really dislike shady mechanics. I had a transmission speed sensor go out. I took it in to get diagnosed, and they said it would take2-3 hours to fix and cost $300. I went to the auto parts store and bought the part for $20, and had it fixed in 10 minutes myself.
