Natalie Dubose had saved money from selling cakes at local flea markets to pursue her dream of one day having her very own cake shop. In June, Dubose’s dreams came true when she opened Natalie’s Cakes and More in Ferguson, Missouri, but her dreams were shattered – along with her shop’s front windows – when violent protesters ransacked the city Monday night. But Dubose is still baking amidst the mayhem, while she attempts to clean up. “I’m baking today,” she said. “We have orders to go out for Thanksgiving. I can’t tell the people — I won’t tell the people — that I’m canceling.” Dubose plans to pick up the pieces of her broken shop and start over, but she has no plans to leave Ferguson. “This is everything that I own. I can’t walk away from it,” she said. “I just got to start up and start baking again.” Dubose didn’t know where she would get the money for repairs, but someone suggested she start a Go Fund Me account and a second Go Fund Me account was created, unbeknown to her at the time. In less than 24 hours the two pages together have generated over $120,000 from supporters across the country, more than five times her original goal of $20,000.

I saw a photo of an African-American woman from Ferguson who was in tears because the rioters trashed her cake store. She used to sell cakes at the flea market to scrape enough money together to open her own small shop, which is now demolished. It is people like her, who are trying to make something of themselves, that are hit the hardest.

You can also get a sciatica brace. It is like a back brace, but it tightens around the lower lumbar area and keeps the area tightened up to help relieve discomfort. I have one in my truck for when I need it.

Another option is the Bumrungrad hospital in Bangkok Thailand. One of the top international hospitals in the world. You can get quality care for considerably less than the USA. I have checked into it, but you can't get a cost analysis unless you visit a specialist there. As soon as my winning lottery numbers payoff, I will be all over it.

Have had it for 25 years, and live in pain everyday. Somedays are worse, and some not so bad. I need surgery, but I refuse to enroll in Obamacare. I've been through therapy,chiropractic, ultrasound. electroshock. I try and stay away from drugs and meds'. sometimes my legs will go partially numb, and tingly. I am very intrigued with the Laser Spine Institute, however, I don't have the moola to do it.

It was a beautiful fall morning in the mountains. I was perched high on a ridge, glassing the far side of the canyon in the growing light. I could make out the forms of 3 nice bucks feeding their way along the hillside. A noise coming up the canyon caught my attention. It was an obnoxious whirring sound. I could see the black drone flying up the canyon, and of coarse it had a go-pro camera attached. The Bucks jerked their heads up and looked towards the source of the noise, and then they bolted. Seeking escape over the ridge line. My morning hunt had just been ruined by some jackwagon hunter with a drone. Someone who didn't have the fortitude to get out in the hills and use their eyes, and feet to find the game. God forbid if someone actually had to do a little leg work, and earn their kill without the aid of flying machines. As the drone hovered around the canyon, I jacked a round into the chamber, took aim, and slowly pulled the trigger....... You just can't please some folks.

That's true. But as hunters, and ethically minded sportsman, all we have to do is, "Just say no". There is already too much spying,and surveillance in this country. The great outdoors is a place to get away from all of that.

Heck yeah. Nice bull on a tough hunt. I wouldn't pass him up either. I had a late Archery bull hunt in 2009, in unit 27. I came close, but no cigar. I learned alot about the Bull migration that time of year, and will be better prepared if I ever draw again. I heard, out of the 25 permits, only one guy scored on my hunt.
