Thanks for keeping us updated. There was definitely some growth yesterday. I have been watching it since it started and it is growing. Pretty soon they will have all that area burned. The fire they had in there last year, or the year before sure did green up thus year. Good luck to all and most importantly stay safe and have fun....

Thanks for the info. Yesterday evening there were a couple bulls talking back and forth and one had cows. I have also been seeing big groups of cows with only small bulls. Things are starting to get exciting to be in the elk woods. Good luck to all. I look forward to hearing stories and seeing pics....

I love this gun and highly recommend it. I have killed almost any critter you can think of in AZ with this gun. It was my first high powered rifle too. I have more expensive guns, but this is my go-to gun. Hope that helps...

National Geographic software works good, and you get maps of the whole state. Just print the area you want. That's what I use and I am sure others on here will give you some good info as well....
