Different tags for the wife and I. She does NOT enjoy hiking all day in the back county but I always enjoy her hunts! They are laid back and enjoyable. Like others have said its all about her when shes done we go back and hang out. When she wants to shoot the first spike she sees thats what happens... even on a late December tag.

Caltopo is great for sharing maps with family and seeing glassing points! I also use google earth. Cool shots of the planes!

Yep, missed a last day spike elk that was a chip shot because my windage turret moved while in my pack.... tough pill to swallow.

I made the trip out there yesterday.... It's very humbling to think of the chaos that happened there 6 years ago. May he rest in peace.
