Rifle late hunt Were you able to tag out last year? good question and one I wonder about myself Nope, saw 6 very nice bulls, but had no shot at any of them. and it was also snowing and around 10 degrees out, so it was a tough hunt. very fun though and am very excited to get out there again!

I have to say I'm in the same boat! Didn't realize how out of shape I had gotten until last years Elk Hunt! 5A in the snow kicked my butt. So I kicked it into gear so this year that wont happen!

So what they really said is that they will make their deadline of April 18th....

Husband and I got the 5A late bull hunt last year, saw plenty of nice bulls but somehow could not get a shot maybe this year will be the year!
