Are you talking about the Von Hansen's in Chandler? Just found out they processed game the other day. He's only one mile away from my house. I was thinking about using him and telling some friends. -

That would be me. The wife is a teacher there, and yes I have to admit I let her drive my truck. Her Dodge magnum needed the tires rotated so we traded for the day. Does your kid(s) go there? Since we are closing in on the 3000 member mark, I wonder how many vehicles out there have stickers? I have yet to see one. I have 3, The quad camper and the truck. Amanda, do you have any idea how many you have sent out? -

If anyone needs trees trimmed or removed give me a buzz. I already have a few lined up. Certified tree worker here. The city lost several booster stations last night to the storms. One site by the airport had a 30foot wide 12foot tall gate get lifted of the track and blown over.

Same thing in 24A. Pears are red but not totally ripe yet. Some are the dark purplish color. While sitting a tank and looking over the flats we had a bear walk up to less than 20 yards from us. His track was about 5 inches across

Its a 24v. Edge Ez programmer for now I'm still under warranty till 95K then its adrenaline time, straight piped, BHAF, leveling kit, pyro/boost/fuel on the A-pillar, little hy is pushing 30 psi boost, 2 stroke in every tank of fuel. Looking to put 110 hp injectors in before the Aug. bear hunt. This is the funnest/loudest truck I have ever owned. First night I went out with the pipes to the bars and came home at 2am, I found every car alarm in my neighborhood. Pulling a load up hill is deafening. I feel bad for the dogs at times you can tell they don't like it. Some call it an addiction I call it PRIDE. What are you running?

Cowards Strike Again!!

I hate hearing these stories. Makes me worry about mine that are currently out in the field. I do lock mine up with the kit that stealth cam offers, and I feel safe. I also bring a few screw ins where I can and put it up 10-12 feet and angle it down at the ground. So if someone were to find it they would have no way of getting to it unless they got steps in there pack. I look at it this way. If you leave something behind in camp knowing you'll be back next week and the next camper finds it and keeps this item is it stealing? Don't get me wrong but I would never side with these thieves, they obviously are expressing very poor hunting ethics and sportsmanship. Sometimes you gotta pay to play. Or as I call it PAY AND LEARN. I have never found a cam out in the field in my hunting experiences. But I also place my away from any water holes as a rule of thumb. -
Flippin sweet!!! Now thats a hillbilly BBQ if I have ever seen one.

Thanks Jason. Howie over at Bear Mountain is a great guy. He really took care of me and got the scope mounted, bore sighted.

Any one out there been bear scouting lately, or plan a hunt this season? My hunting partner and I went out to our honey hole to set trails cams last weekend. The pear crop looks to be above average, and just a few were beginning to ripen but not many but any stretch. Were right at 4500ft and have a nice transition between 6500ft+ pine/junipers and mesquite prickly pear flats. I have 2 pics I'm gunna try and figure out how to get off my cell phone and post. Only 30 minutes after getting to our spot via quad we find tracks of a younger bear. We guesstimated 2-3 year old bear and he was there less than 12 hours prior since it rained the night before. I was very surprised to seem them down at 4500ft this early in July and not enough ripe fruit to be worth while. Any one else got any sightings this early?

Put me down for one. Orange is cool, I also dig the green. Do they have any other solid greens or browns that would match green military fatigues or predator camo? Sorry but I have to vote against the shirt where the sleeves are a different color.

Desertsheep if the scope is still for sale, any chance we can meet up tomorrow? I would like to see it, and if you dont mind let me set it on the rings and see how it sits with me.

Wow clay that looks like a big bear you got there. Im not educated in bears very much, but how much do you think that bear would weigh?
