I have enough points to guarantee this late rifle mule deer tag. Anyone have any insight to the unit? I'm considering drawing the tag and transferring to my 10 year old for his first hunt. Never hunted 20B as I prefer other units east of that, but I wanted to get others opinion on this unit. I want to burn my points on one of these late rifle tags, I'm not sure about 20B. My thinking is 17b has archery hunters as does 27. I see 7 is a new December hunt this year but I also don't know that unit. I have read the info on the G & F website, been searching the forums etc. Not looking for areas, just curious on others opinion of 20B. Thanks

They obviously have had some issues with the line of credit, the article says 7 months of negotiation about it before the lawsuit. The details of that aren't clear. I guess we will see if WF files a lawsuit dismissal. Dropped mine off a few days ago to him. He has done a few for me in the past and has done an excellent job. Better than most adults doing this.

The odds are pretty low for a tricky hunt. I'm not too familiar with the unit but I'd be happy to help out if wanted.

I have 10 points. I have hunted the early Kaibab many times. I'd take a late December tag with 20 hunters in the unit over the early Kaibab fiasco with bullets flying over my head and people everywhere. Kaibab is cold for a 10 year old, the December hunt weather is perfect. I love the cape on these desert bucks as well.

Pick a different lake. Woods Canyon is overly crowded. If you get on the lake, do it at sunrise and leave at 10am. There won't be a parking spot around at 10am. We used to fish it a lot but I won't ever be going there again. Too many people on kayaks yelling, boats driving the wrong way around the lake and college kids partying.

They still don't have recommendations out as far as I've seen for deer. They have the sheep recommendations out though. Still need approval in the meeting as well.

Hospitals are very empty right now. I have 5-10 nurses that come into my office daily. They are all telling me the hospitals are very slow right now. Elective surgeries are cancelled, they are prepping for virus patients but they are very slow right now. They anticipate a surge soon.
