Depending on where you live, go to the walmarts around your area and ask the gun counter if they normally get ammo shipments everyday. if so ask when the shipments get there in the morning . then plan on getting there 30 minutes before the shipment comes in because there will be a line. my father has done this over the past couple months only a few days a week and he has come home with about a dozen 550 packs, but he buys them at $29 and sells them to people. some days you might get some, some days you wont, just bring plenty of cash because if they are nice and no one is in the line behind you and there is more 550 packs, then they might let you buy multiple! if you want 22, you might need to go to great lengths to get it!

the 25-06 is like Thor's hammer with a 110gr Accubond! my dad shot a deer down in Mexico last year at 380 yards but the most interesting part is that when he shot he was trying to shoot through a 1 foot gap between 2 organ pipe cactus arms, well the wind blew the bullet into 2 arms of the organ pipe cactus. Yes, it impacted, penetrated, and went through 2 organ pipe cactus arms, while still staying on target and hitting the deer in the lungs. it went all the way to the opposite side of the deer and stopped just inside of the skin! my dad dug the bullet out and it still had 85% weight retention, after going through everything but the kitchen sink. so I would say the 25-06 is sufficient. hope this helps

No, it is plenty big, I was being a smarta** because in the title, the author wrote "big Horn" and I believe it is an antler, not a horn.

My Father has been preaching to project stakeholders for a year and a half that if they did not "prepare the ground" with a proactive predator management plan any subsequent sheep reintroduction with be a "feeding frenzy" for local predators (as it has been). But no one would listen........and look at what you've got now!!!!!

This camera leaves all of my buddies' cameras in the dust, as far as picture quality, trigger speed, and ease of setup/use.- 28 replies
