Anyone recognize this tree stand and Camera?
PatrickJr replied to Bownut98's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
Bownut98, just some advice, to be safe, don't mess with the guys stuff, leave a note and tell the guy that you might be hunting in there and wish him luck, story over guys, just trying to lighten the mood a little too... -
great video, felt like I was right there with you guys, and most importantly, great ram!
-
did you really eat it???

nice pic, my dad says he know exactly where that is in 34a.......might have to go check em out..

a cow messed with my camera (that's why its pointed down) and I got this one picture in question, and I think that the figure going by is a coyote, but may also be a jackrabbit. I think so by the back of the left leg and the shape of a big tail any other opinions??? I didn't get any other pics, an the area is near willow springs (oracle) if that helps.....

my dad and I were driving down thornydale and we turned onto cortaro at midnight and one ran across the lane, and I thought it was a cat, then a fox, and then figured it out that it was a raccoon, it ran across our lane then ran into the curb that divides the lanes and then ran back across our lane. pretty cool...

Great deal on Bushnell Trophy Cam HD on Amazon right now. 6 hours left
PatrickJr replied to Drummond Lindsey's topic in Classified Ads
Coverts are a good deal and take good pictures, but the quality of the HD Bushnell is better due to the 8mp camera. The activation speed and battery life are also better, and I usually pay the same of what you would for a Covert. If your interested in taking videos with a trail camera the Bushnell Trophy Cam 8mp HD is the way to go. If you just want good pictures the Covert does a good job. I've owned almost every camera on the market, I really like Bushnell thats why I have 12! my Covert Mp6s have settings, so I can change it from 3mp to 5mp to 8mp, I can also load it up with 8 fresh AA batteries and it will last me just about a year, if you check out the threads I started in the tab 'trail cameras' called Covert Mp6 Photos and Cool Javelina Photos, you will see the high quality of photos I get. -

they could charge us up front and just give us the tag we want though, that would make it so that we are getting something in return....... jk..jk..jk

+1 what some people don't understand is that....there is 2 steps in this equation, #1 is you get your card charged #2 but if you have a spouse or sibling that was on a different app but on your card, you still have to wait for the results to know for sure.......... you guys just mentally kill yourself, when the results come out is when I find out. for you guys its like oh I drew a sheep tag,,, yaahhhhh! but then you find out the you drew it in the catalinas...awwwww

I've only had one pit bull before, and she was a very good dog, sweet, but she wasn't the smartest, and I remember that when one of my friends would come over, and he has long hair, she would knock him over and bite/pull his hair. it wasnt real aggressive, we were only like 10 yrs old at the time. she must have just liked his shampoo! and I don't understand why there isn't as much support for the 4 year old boy that was mauled to within an inch of his death. we are talking about a human and a dog, its a dog, you can go out and buy another, you cant go out and buy a new kid. I say you put the dog down, then have a deputy swing by the house of the owner of the dog to make sure there isn't any dogs living at the home, and make sure that she is never allowed to own a dog again....

I do get way better pics, this is definitely an animal, a cow messed up my camera, that why its faced down.... I did get many pics of brush moving. for contrast here is a pic of nothing except for a kangaroo rat...

I said definitely 80". with that tree behind his antlers, its hard to tell, I can see the main beams and what I guess is a g3 on the left and a g2 on the right, and little eyeguards, more pics from different angles always make a big difference.

Bucks! Big, Medium, Small & a 120++
PatrickJr replied to OpticNerd's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
I gave it a shot but I just couldn't figure out how to kill any of the bigger bucks. I'm not a good enough hunter I guess. I did get extremely lucky this past December and was able to tag the 2nd buck in the video. I figured he grew about 5-7 inches bigger from what he was in the video. that's so cool that you have video of a buck you killed, in general if you have living photos or video of a buck that you kill, its special IMO -
guns don't kill people, people kill people......just like how toasters don't toast toast, toast toasts toast! if you know what I mean.....
-
looks decent definitely 80"
-
I have a buddy that hunted every day after work and passed on 3 140s and missed a 160, but didn't see anything else worth putting his tag on....he is gonna wait for December.
