Do you have the Hyper Force in? Thanks for tuning my bow Nate, it shoots better then I do. Went out to set my pins, and shot three arrows into 4 inchs at 70 yards, and four arrows into six inchs at 80 yards.

Ross Outdoors is my 1st, 2nd, and third choice.

The 170 gr. Berger needs a minimum 8.5 twist to properly stabilize it. The 165 gr. Matrix has shown to stabilize in a 1/10 twist. The BC is excellent.

What are the best aftermarket barrel options?

Buy a cut rifled barrel. You can find one in stock at Southern Precision rifles also known as Bug holes. -
Buck down. Story. Plus something weird

Fish and Game will want the whole head untouched, cut the head off about three to four inches back from the skull. They take a sample and give it right back to you, takes a couple minutes. -

I wouldn't touch that liver. Catfish bait ? You might want to take the head and liver to fish and game so they can take biological samples from that one. -

You can get a reduced trigger spring, and have a trigger job done. I had mine done and its really nice, shooting in the mid .3/.4 with 129 gr. TTSX http://erniethegunsmith.com/catalog/i35.html -

The balance of the rifle is high on my list, a longer barrel just feels right. A little extra performance never hurt either. I wouldn't own a standard cartridge with a barrel less than 22 inch. I grew up with a couple of Remington 600 in the house, but If I had a choice it was the M 54 270 with 24 in barrel I took out hunting. It shot better than any rifle in the house new or old. Just personal preference.

You could use a Barnes 80 gr. TTSX they work real well.

THE 308, 243, 7 08, 260 can have a 22 inch barrel, I would like a 24 inch on the 260 or 7 08 if it was to be a long range rifle. The 270, 3006,280 rem do very well with a 24 inch barrel (Perfect). Magnums 26 inch, slow powder, and heavy for caliber bullets.
