The rifle was chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, and yes it comes with the stock. If the buyer doesn't want the magazine they can have the trigger guard and buy a magazine for the their cartridge and I will keep the CM mag.

If you are placing a value on the powder you have to add the hazmat fee which is $28. Neither of those companies have anything in stock except muzzle loader pellets. In the valley Hodgdon powder is $45 a pound and Alliant will cost you $50.36 out the door.
