With H 1000 and a Berger 153.5 gr. HYB I shot 20 rounds into a three inch group at 514 yards using a starting load for barrel break in. I didnt take a photo but the rifle shoots really good. I was also cleaning the barrel every 6 rounds.

I have the same rifle but its a 6.5 PRC. It shoots very well and I picked it up last year at the sportsmans warehouse during their black Friday sale for $1047.61, I believe I had 46 dollars to redeem though. For that price they are a smoking deal. Below are three different bullets and powders all Lupua brass and fed. 210 m primers with no load development.

I hunted elk and deer back to back seasons as I was working and living close to the unit and picked up left over tags. I only saw one big bull moose the rest were little ones. If hes seeing them he needs to stay in that area. He will also find them an 1/8 to 1/4 of the way up the mountain from the bottom of the creek beds or about a 1000 yards. Most of the moose I saw were in the pine/aspen forest and close to water.

Go to home depot and buy some cement board tape/dry wall tape the mesh green one and a can of rubber. Place the tape over the cut on the inside and spray the area just like your painting, then repeat the process on the roof. You may need to second coat it but it will not leak.

The 6.5 PRC doesnt need a magnum primer, try a standard primer. 53 grs. RL 23 Lapua brass, fed. 210, 143 gr. eldx shoots an average .325 in my rifle.

Do you like the overwatch triggers better then an Apex?

I read the specifications for the case and its slightly shorter than a 7 mm RM but slightly fatter, +/- 2 /3 thousandths.
