Watch the ALLTERRA arm video to the end, they really shoot the rifle and the ammo has a 48 to 106 ES so its a 500 and under rifle with factory ammo. Also the primers are pushed way out of the primer pockets. All that pressure has to go somewhere and I will bet the bolts dont last long. Just think if you get a rifle that isnt head spaced tightly.

I had a similar experience where I grew up. They moved into the big city about 65/70 miles away and somehow found my general hunting area, they would drive around with two in the back of the truck using a 12 ga. with 00 buck. The GM caught one group who were supposedly cutting firewood but the blood draining out the back of the truck gave them away. They wrapped three does in a tarp and piled the cut wood on top of them. Once they showed up we didnt see many young deer in the area anywhere near the road.

What bullet, powder, case, primer and velocity?

My experience with N 565. It didn't give me anymore velocity over h 1000, they were very close but it was very accurate at 400 plus yards.

At 36 oz thats a negative for me. I am also not a fan of the dual ejectors. Other than these two negatives they look to be very well made. great price right now at 659 though.

I always check Brunos first. The Wilson bushings are about half the price of Redding so all my bushings are Wilson.

I have a SS 1500 308 win. that tears ragged holes in the target with factory ammo. I like the action, its very solid.
