Another option is the new Bushnell Creedmoor scope. It has a BDC reticle and turrets. Retails for only $219. If your not going to shoot at long distances this might be a good scope to try.

This is exactly why everyone with high end equipment needs to contact their insurance and add a "RIDER" to their insurance that includes all the equipment. Most vehicle insurance companies will not cover the cost of the equipment. These extra things don't cost that much, but will save you a bunch of money if this actually happens to you. I'm currently in the process of taking pictures and documenting all my equipment to have added to my homeowners insurance.

I wish I could say a new nightforce scope, but it was just a scope cover for my new Meopta S2 spotting scope.
