I just spoke to one of the owners (Tom) about the ranch. It sounds like it could be a very challenging archery hunt. The best news is they also have a long distance shooting range! I will definitely be booking a hunt for this coming Spring!!!!

I know some may differ in their opinions, but it sounds like fun to me! The ranch may be smaller than most ranches in Texas, but it's about the same price and a LOT closer! I will go!

I would go with the tan or flat dark earth color. Another option is to have Lance do a custom paint job on your stock. That way you get exactly what you want. -

Chris (Goldfinger78) and I decided to do some Eurasian dove hunting today to get ready for Dove season. It was a little slower than normal, but we still managed to get 62 birds in about 3 hours. With the overcast it was an Amazing day of dove hunting!

We love eating them. I think they taste the same as Morning and White Wing Dove. Yes, they are very similar to pigeons and can absolutely take a hit and keep on flying!!!! -
