Happens to me all the time! If it's public land they have the right, but I ALWAYS ensure they know I think they are @$$ holes for doing it. 99% of the time I can get someone to realize they are ethicaly in the wrong and turn around, but there's always a few who don't!

At close range you can get away with a lot more with a rifle than you can a bow. You would have been fine with either shot! You just learned a very valuable lesson. It's just to bad you had to learn it on a Lion:(

I completely agree with Greg. The Outdoor edge knife blades dull much faster than the Havelon, but have a much easier blade removal.
