71 yrs old with 19 bonus points, what unit for a Bull
Big Browns replied to GoldToyBox's topic in Elk Hunting
Whatever you do, do NOT spend 19 points on a late archery tag. Don't get me wrong, some of the late archery hunts can be good, but overall they suck for any type of good bull. Yes, some great bulls are taken each year on these hunts, but as I said overall they don't produce good bulls. I HIGHLY recommend a later rifle bull hunt in 27, 1, 23, 3A/3c. Especially if you are hiring a guide. -

With 3 points you have less than a 5% chance at drawing any good hunts! This is Arizona. All the good tags take more than 3 points!!!

rounds through it. It was properly broke in. I bought this gun, because I wanted a mountain/hiking rifle. Unfortunately, the roof blew off my Polaris Ranger during the Tornado that hit our neighborhood in December. Therefore, I'm going to sell this to replenish the cost of the roof. $450 firm. It's back! I'm sure it will be a while before we can actually purchase one due to the demand, but I'm definitely buying one. It looks like they did a great job keeping the good looks of the original Python in the new Python. For a Python it's reasonably priced. For a normal high end revolver, it's a little much!

I tried this recipe today. I only made a few minor changes and mistakes. I used different ingredients to make do with what I already had. I also cooked mine at 200 degrees for 8 hours and then 300 for the final 2 hours. The mistake was not ensuring ALL the meat was submerged in liquid. That's why I had to up the temperature for the final 2 hours. If I would have had all the meat submerged is sauce I'm sure it would have been ready at the 8 hour mark. It turned out AMAZING!!!!
