    WTB Manfrotto Tripod

Does anyone have or know anyone who wants to sell a Manfrotto Tripod. A piece on my tripod boke today and it's going to take over a month to get it fixed. I cant wait that long, but I also cant afford to buy a new one, because I wrecked my truck. $6500 later and I might be able to go hunting. This has been a very bad week. Thanks

    Swarovski accessories

I've been using one for several month's. I've been able to take some pretty good pictures while using it. It definatly helps keep the camera centerd on the lense. Once you get used to using it you can take pictures pretty fast.

I'm really wanting to get into the digiscoping game, but after buying the Swarovski 15's I dont have a lot of money to spend. I have been looking at the Vortex Skyline package that Cameraland is selling. Does anyone have any expierance with this system? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Game Cams?

Does the remote control screen show the pictures or does it just control the camera setting's? How long before you get them Amanda? I want one!
  7. Well I decided to buy the NGMS today. I'm not impressed. 1. a lot of the roads are either not ware they should be or there not really there anymore. fore example the new section of Hwy on 87 around sycamore creek is not updated. 2. The 3D section is really slow when using the fly-Thru feature. 3. the detail is lacking in my opinion. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I know I was expecting more than what I got. Do any of you guys have or use this software? What do you think? Any suggestions on the best way to use the software? Thanks

    Bino Warranty and Repair Work

This past January my 10x42 EL's were knocked over by mother nature while sitting on my tripod. I took them to Ryan at sportsmans and had him send them in. I got the bino's back in about 5 weeks with no charge. Both Ryan and myself are pretty sure they gave me a new pair. The old one's were really screwed up. A very big thanks to Swarovski and Ryan at Sportsman's wharehouse for sending them in free of charge. The only disapointing thing is Swarovski used to have a loner program for such an incident, but I was told they canceled it a few years ago. Bummer!

    New 15x56 in the familly.

Well I finally bit the bullet and bought a pair of Swarovski's 15's today. WOW! They are awesome. I've been using the 10x42 EL's, and I love them. but now I get to see the world. I cant wait to go glassing this weekend. If you dont have a pair sell your wife, child, girlfriend or car and buy some. You wont regret it.
  11. I purchased a Cuddeback at Cabela's today, that was a return item. I know it was risky, but I thougt " what could be wrong with a Cuddeback ", and it was only 150 bucks. Well it turns out that it takes great pictures, but it starts making a whiney noise after it takes a pic and when the unit is turned off. Has anyone delt with this type problem before? How much does Cuddeback usually charge for repair's. Thanks

    contest idea.....

Sounds like fun. We could have a catagory for people stealing camera's. If you catch one or get a pic of one, you win by default.

  14. Today marks the 6 day scouting for bear and not seeing any. I would love to get a Bear this year. Does anyone know of an outfitter that sells scouting packages for Bear in 22S? I spend alot of time Scouting, but it seems that finding Bear's is not my forte. Thanks for the Help. Adam 928-595-1554

    Swarovski's

I keep hearing rumor about Swarovski comming out with EL 15's or a new 20 power bino. Can anyone confirm this rumor. I have the El 10's and I love them. I can only imagine how great EL 15's would be.
  17. After sitting my stand for 3 days and over 43 hours my hunt is now over. I walked into my stand this morning to find that somone had followed me in the night before and stole my camera. I hadn't checked it since last week so I'm sure the big buck I've been watching is on the camer. &*%$. I hate people. The weird part is they stole the camera and one of the salt bricks. I have a sneeky suspicion it's anti hunters, because if it were a hunter why would you steel a half eaten salt block. Especially if you were going to hunt the area. Whoever it was I hate them and I hope they and there familly die a very horribel death. I feel like I have been violated. My self and another friend have put a year's work in this spot. Now it's all for not. I had a buck of a life time comming in on a regular basis, now someone stole the camera and him from me. This is the 3rd camera in less than 2 month's I've had stolen. Does anyone know how I can destroy the salt lick. If I'm not going to hunt it I dont want someone else hunting it either. I was told to poor bleach on it, but I'm affraid that would hurt the Deer. I thought about pooring human hair all over the area, but that's a short term solution. I want to ruin it forever. Anyone got any idea's? Thanks I wish all you guys with camera's out there all the best. I'm done with it. Adam P.S. Here's a final picture of the buck I was trying to get. If any of you guys happen to see this buk's picture please let me know. If someone else kills him it's probably the person who stole my camera
  18. Thanks guys for the help in trying to get me monivated. I have decided to go out this weekend, but I'm not going back to my salt lick. I just dont have the heart to go back there. I really dont have much excitement to go hunting, but I'm hoping I will feel better once I get back in the woods. I wish all you guys a safe and fun holiday. Thanks again. Maybe the hunting Gods will bless me with a good Deer this weekend. Adam
  19. I dont want to let them win and I dont want someone else to kill that awesome Buck, but I've now lost all interest in that spot and I will never go near it again. I dont trust the area or the people that are screwing around in the area. It's abvious that someone now know's about the spot and will probably continue to screw with me. I'm going in there very soon to destroy the lick. I hate giving up, but I so emotionaly destroyed about this that I just cant deal with trying to hunt the area.
  20. Well I went to check my camera this morning and low and behold it was gone, AGAIN! This is the second camera I've had stolen in 1 month. To add insult to injury. The #$$ hole dumped a huge pile of corn and horse feed 5 feet from where my camera was. Who ever it is, He has balls. I'm planning on going back in there tommorow with as much dog crap and horse crap I can find and dump it all over the area. I cant believe someone would steel a camera and then plan on hunting that same area. What an $%% hole! P.S. The camera was a wildview 2. I used an ink marker to write my name and number all over it. So if any of you guys see this camera please take it down and let me know. The camera was off the Bear Flatt road by the river in 22. I've hunted this area before and never seen anyone in this paticular spot. I thought it was safe, but I was definatly wrong. Be carefull guys. Adam Young 928-595-1554
  21. I used to have faith in man kind, but I'm begining to hate humans. The bad thing is I used to love talking to fellow hunters while out in the field, but now I hate talking to people, because one of them could be the hunter who is stealing camera's in the area. I'm really starting to hate people.
  22. I'm really sorry to hear about your recent loss. I really know how you feel. I think I'm going to start putting a gernade behind my camera. That way when the #@@ hole gets blown up I will then be able to hunt the bear that's eating the left overs. I wish there was some sort of tracking system we could put in the camera's. I would love to knock on the door with 30 of my friends and tell the @## hole to give me the camera back. What fun we would have:)
  23. Thanks for the idea. I like the idea of ingraving the camera. I'm going to try that. I would love to paint it pink so it would be very identifiable, but it would also be very noticiable. Thanks and good luck with your camera's. Adam
