WOW! Nice fish! Thanks for sharing. I've wanted a 30 inch Brown for years!!!!!!! I've gotten close, but the 30 inch mark still eludes me.

I was told they are good to eat. I thought about trying them, but decided I'm not that hungry:) The farmers beg us to shoot them. They call them flying "RATS"! They are really tough birds! I shot a bunch in the chest at close range & then watched them fly away! Once I started letting them get closer we got more down. It was hard to concentrate on just one bird, because some of the flights had 20-50 birds! It was Amazing!!!! Adam

My wife & I had a great time. It was a little slow at our first spot, but we did manage to kill a bunch of Pigeons. My wife got her first bird while flying:) She was able to get 3 huge Pigeons. I ended up getting 19 Pigeons. Only a few Dove there. At 7:30 we moved to another ranch where there were a lot more birds. My wife didn't want to shoot anymore so I now had a sexy bird fetcher;) I did a lot better at the second spot. We ended the day with 18 Eurasion Doves, 1 White Wing, 22 Pigeons & 13 Morning Doves. Not bad for a slow morning!

I'm planning on putting in for Antelope in 2014. I would like to find a unit that has good draw odd's with 1 pp & plenty of public land access. I'm considering the following units 73,27,21,75 & 63. I will have to put in for the special draw if I want a chance at some of those untis. Anyone have any info on those units? I'm planning to look at some general Elk unit's after the Antelope hunt is over. I'm hoping to find an Antelope unit that is close to a General Elk unit so we can do some scouting for Elk. Any recommendations? Thanks! Adam

I've been scouting all my spots the past couple of weekends. It's not looking very good! I've seen very few dove in the spots that I've been slaying the birds in the past couple of years. I'm not seeing many birds flying like I have in recent years. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing? I'm wondering if the rains have pushed the birds further south. Adam
