Edge I will let you know what I find out. I'm not really interested in the blade forging. I'm going to concentrate on the more modern blades. Mainly looking to make some custom knives for friends who help on hunts. Adam

I will be Wyoming hunting Antelope around the Kaycee area from Oct 12-20th. Just wondering if anyone know's of any good bird hunting in the area? I would be willing to hire a guide if it was reasonably priced. Thanks, Adam

I used to hunt Qual a lot, but over the years other interests have taken priority. I used to limit almost every time. We hunted most the day and usually covered a lot of miles. I have a lot of great Quail hunting memories. Never hunted with a dog. My son is finally big enough to handle carrying a gun on his own. I'm planning on taking him a lot after school during the week and on as many weekends as possible. Adam

October is great for patterning the Bucks. The bigger problem is the amount of tags. I wish every October hunt had the tags reduced by half. Then it would be Awesome. There are way to many tags given out during these Oct hunts. Adam

I found a place in Coolidge where you can pay to shoot Pheasant & Chucker. I'm planning on taking my kids when it gets cooler. That will be fun, but I would really love to hunt some wild Chucker in Az some day. Adam

I actually called them yesterday. It looks like they provide a great service. I think $550 for a full day of bird hunting or fly fishing is a little high. I can't afford that much on top of all the other trip cost's. I would like to find something in the $250 for a full day. I'm sure I can find some fly fishing on my own, but finding birds is another story. Adam

I will be in Unit 21. My hunt starts on Oct 15th. I will be there a few days early. I was hoping to get a little bird hunting in if possible. I don't care what type of bird. I just want to have fun. Grouse would be fun. Adam

The 1600 ranging capability is Amazing! It's ballistic capability is not. Your better off using it as a range finder and using a ballistic app for the rest. The BEST range finder is the G7. It will do everything you want. Adam
