Unit 22 and 24B are two of the best Big Horn units it the state. That's why they require max points to draw. Depending on what you want, you have the opportunity to get a very nice Ram in several other units. Are you going to hire a guide? If so, ask for their unit recommendation. They will know what unit you have the best chance to draw. I highly recommend hiring Colburn and Scott Outfitters! Adam

My wife & I have become very good friends with our new neighbors. They have 2, 17 year old boys. Probably 2 of the most respectfull young men I have ever met. The family is short on funds and struggling a little bit. The boys really need a car to get back and forth to work with. They can't afford much, maybe $1000. If the vehicle is a little more that might be ok, because I would be willing to chip in to help. If any of you know of a beater car available please let me know. It's ok if it needs work, because there dad is a master mechanic. He can fix anything. They would really like to find a VW bug that runs. Thanks, Adam

I didn't know a guide was that important up there. I've never hunted there so I really don't know anything about the area. I know you could spend thousands in gas just for scouting. I would also love a huge Muley hanging on the wall. That's why I've started building points in other states. I'm not looking for a Giant. I would be REALLY happy with a 170-180 Buck. With a few points and private land access you can get something that size in a surrounding state. It should only take half the points it takes to draw an Az tag. Yes you may not have a legit chance at a 200, but a 170-180 looks just as nice on the wall to me! Adam

Well as you know unfortunately i have a little more free time on my hands than most people but I also make a little less cash so it's nice to be thrifty in this department. after many painful weeks of ridiculous C.L. PEOPLE and looking at cars I found this one Honda Accord all the bells and whistles so on and so forth year 2004 118k Clean carfax so hope she is of my lead foot wifey! ok just kiddin Nice find! Bruno's buys most of their powder from the general public or 3rd party sellers. I'm sure this has not always been the case, but with the recent shortage they are doing whatever it takes to get powder. I don't blame them for marking it up and making a profit. I love having a specialty shooting shop in town. If we want to keep them in town we need to support them as much as possible...... That doesn't mean I buy everything from them, but I try to be a regualr customer to support local buisnesses.

There are a lot of great out of sate options available. Why wait 10-20 years for a strip tag when you can go on a great Colorado or Utah hunt in 2-6 years. Yes you may not have a true chance at a 200, but a solid 170-180 looks just as nice on the wall in my opinion.

How many points does it take for a resident & non-resident to get into the bonus pass?

If you have plenty of vacation time I would recommend burning them on a late coues tag or unit 27 muley tag. Both tags would be Awesome! If you don't have the vacation time to scout I would wait until you get back to the state. Or you could allow me to put in with you and I will do all the scouting:) Hint, Hint, Hint:) Adam
