We will be in 22. I think the front is going to help due to the dropping temps. The only thing that is going to hurt is the added wind. If anyone see's a good Deer in 22 please give me a call. I can use all the help I can get. Adam

How much do you want for it?

I get cheap poles from Garage sales all the time. That's how I've been stocking up on trout lures. A few month's ago I got 10 new rods with reels for $5. They were perfect for my kids to use and destroy:)

Light weight and long range typically don't go togeather! Your going to have a hard time getting to 6-7 pounds. You can probably shave more weight off your gear by reducing the weight on your tripod, pack, boots and other esential gear. Not saying it can't be done, but it will be very difficult!

You will get a lot more use out of a shot gun than you will a pellet gun. Yes you can use the pellet gun for rabbits and squirrels, but you can do that with a shotgun as well. I recommend putting that money into a gun that is a little more versitile.
