Did you ask them what she was drawn for? Usually they will tell you.

Hey big B what kind of hunts do you have planned up north? Sounds like moose and bear? I'm going spring Bear hunting in May and Fall WT hunting in November. It's going to be Awesome!!!

I bought a point for Antelope & I put in for to early rifle Bull tags with the hope I wouldn't draw, because I already have 2 Canada hunts scheduled for the spring and fall. I don't have enough vacation time if I drew Elk. I figured if I was going to cancel my Canada trips early Elk would be a great reason.

How does it shoot? Load development? -
Glad you had a good hunt...No expert, but when they're henned up like that, later can be better, think 10-2... Good luck on your opener Arizona! Ya, I've had the same luck. Almost every bird I've called in after 9am has got to ride in my truck. We hunted until the cut off time. No luck!

I think it's very interesting how easily everyone forgets about all the "camera theft" threads on this site over the past 5 years. In almost every thread we talk about how much we would like to catch and hang any and all camera thief's. Now that we actually have someone who has actually admitted to stealing a camera the vast majority of members have instantly forgiven him. I'm personally shocked! I can't believe how easily everyone has forgiven this type of action. I personally don't hate or wish any harm to Blake, but I also can't forgive his actions so easily. What disappoints me the most is an actual member of CouesWhitetail.com is a camera thief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was hunting Turkeys in San Diego County this past weekend. We saw a lot of nice Tom's running aound, but unfortunately they all had hens and would not leave them. It was a very hot weekend. It felt like the peak had already passed. This was my first time hunting Turkey's in California. This will definately be a yearly hunt for me. Amazing country!

Last night we had an incident that occurred at my house that is very embarrassing. Even though I’m embarrassed I want to share my experience so others won’t make the same mistake we did. Last night my wife & kids entered our room. My wife opened our safe so she could put some of our kid’s birthday money in their wallets. When she removed the wallets from the safe she turned around and placed them on our bed. The bed is only 2 feet away. At the same time I was laying on the bed watching TV. About 30 seconds later I hear my oldest son say “What is this”? As my wife and I turn to look at him we both see my 13 year old son standing about 5 feet from the safe holding a hand gun in his hand. My wife & I were shocked! Of course my wife grabbed the gun and placed it back in the safe. Once the gun and safe was secure we proceeded to talk to both our son’s about guns. This is a conversation that both our kids have herd 1000’s of times. That’s why we were both so shocked that he thought it was ok to grab a gun out of the safe without asking an adult. As I am writing this I’m still in absolute shock! We have taught our kids from a very young age to be very respectful around all firearms. We’ve talked to them about what to do if they see a gun at a friend or relative’s house. Even though he has been taught to respect guns and the danger they possess for some reason he had a brain fart and decided he knew better! My wife and I have now completely changed how & when we open the safe. We will never open the safe again without our bedroom door shut & locked! The point of this story is to give everyone a reminder about talking to your kids about guns and gun safety. Honestly, if this can happen to my son it can definitely happen to yours………………………………

If you give me a call I would be happy to give you some pointers. I'm no expert, but I've had some decent luck with Turkey's in that area. Adam 928-595-1554 -
He was holding the gun safely, but he knows he should never touch a firearm withoug adult permission. I'm not sure why he said "what is this" when he know's what a gun is. My son is going thru a stage where he likes to "play dumb". I'm not sure if this was part of that or if he was trying to get attention. We've had a difficult time with him recently so it's hard to say. Either way, he should have known better!

That should tell you how popular "Prepping" has become. Everyone wants to think they can prep for the coming economic disaster. I have a very simple solution for me. I only need 1 bullet for that situation. I do NOT want to live thru that mess!!!!!!

How about posting a picture and a better explanation Mike:)
