Big Browns

A few months ago I got my archery bear back from Will at Two windy Taxidermy in Showlow. Will got the mount done really fast. Only took him 7 months to get it done. I should have taken it to him a lot sooner instead of letting it sit in the freezer for 2 years. The mount turned out AWESOME!!!! The pictures don't even come close to showing how cool it looks sitting on top of the safe.

Ya, I saw this on Mckenzie's site a few weeks ago. They have a picture of one with a zebra. Very interesting looking!

I like it. It's very different than other mounts. Taxidermy is art in my mind. This is a great example of taxidermy art.

I've seen a bunch of YouTube public land hunting videos, including a few Solo Hunter episodes. I've read it's a great place for a DIY hunt, because there a practically no hunting laws and the season is open almost all year in some units. It sound awesome, but I'm sure there are a lot of other challenges. Thanks for the confidence!!!

Greg, I'm sure you mean well, but responding the way you did doesn't help you sell the gun. The guys were just trying to get some info or stating their opinions about what they thought the gun was. This site is full of amazing people who will bend over backwards to help you out. Yes, some are a little more anoying than others, but every hunting site has the same type of people.

I recommend looking at a SR22. Great little gun and very reliable!!!! That's what my wife uses and she loves it.

I'm considering using my 2 pts for a general season deer tag next year. Anyone have any unit suggestions? I'm just looking for a fun hunt where I have a decent chance at a 140 ish type Buck. Any help would be appreciated. Adam
